Atty Siegel represented me when I was injured by a neighbors dog. The case took years due to the neighbor being uninsured. I turned to CSCS after my mom was injured from an auto accident. While several other law firms hesitated to take my mom's case or refused to consider unless we sign the representation agreement, Mr. Joseph Cammarata and associate Sonjay Singh took the time to call me to understand the details of the accident, and gave me initial counsels on the logistics of the case, even before we signed on agreement. During the initial information call they never pressured my mom and me with conditionals, and while they expressed caution, Mr. Cammarata was fully confident in handling our case, I knew then I could put my mom's case in CSCS' good hands. After six months of their hard work, Mr. Cammarata and his team were able obtain full compensation for my mom. During that time, they also readily advised and clarified any concerns I had. Ms. Melonie Mills, the claims manager, was also tremendously helpful in navigating through the insurance billing etc. The professionals at CSCS are highly capable, helpful and compassionate. A long, drawn out, and at times really stressful process this has been over the past 2 and a half years. But at no fault of my lawyer Mr. Allen Siegel. He always kept me and my family in the loop and was there to answer any questions we may have had. I’ve been using this firm for over 25 years and it amazes me every time how supportive and trusting these lawyers are. It’s been a long road to recovery mentally and physically since I was involved in my 2020 auto accident but it was worth the entire process. Lastly, the entire staff at this firm are very professional, namely the receptionist staff and the claims manager Tira Barnes best claims mgr I’ve ever worked with.
