I have only good things to say about Chalat Hatten and Banker. I personally worked with Russell Hatten after a very horrible car accident. Not only did Russell and his team handle the case incredibly, he walked me through each step of the process and approached the situation with tact and kindness. His team also worked to avoid having to go to court and recount my experience. I’ve been very grateful for the help, kindness and expertise that they provided. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a lawyer.
I was hit by a car while on my motorcycle and suffered significant injuries. I contacted Jim Chalat after he was recommended to me by a friend a law professor. Jim and his team were phenomenal. He brought a blend of professionalism and compassion to my case, and proved to be a tough, but low-key, advocate for me. The case eventually settled for an amount that was, likely, 10x what the insurance company would have paid. While that was awesome, I was most pleased with the fact that his team handled everything, as I had enough to deal with regarding my medical recovery.
