I. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
Each fire extinguisher is inspected to confirm that the extinguisher is in proper working condition. On a weekly basis we find a fire extinguisher that requires service. In the event of a fire, THE FIRE EXTINGUISHER WOULD NOT HAVE WORKED!
II. FIRE EXTINGUISHER TRAINING
In the event of a fire...DOES YOUR STAFF KNOW HOW TO OPERATE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER?
Champion Fire Equipment offers Hands on Training in which each member of your staff handles a fire extinguisher and extinguishes an actual fire.
Your staff will come away from the training with the knowledge and the confidence to quickly and effectively extinguish a fire. The ability to quickly and effeciently extinguish a fire can play a role in saving a life and miniimizing the amount of damage to your facility.
III. EMERGENCY/EXIT LIGHTING

IV. FIRE ALARMS
WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME THAT YOUR FIRE ALARM WAS INSPECTED?

Champion Fire Equipment can physicaly inspect your Fire Alarm System and confirm that all of the components of the Fire Alarm System including the Pull Stations and the Bells will perform when required!
V. KITCHEN FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS
State law requires every restaurant which contains a cooking surface, a grill or a deep fryer must be protected by a kitchen fire suppression system. In the event of a fire, the system is automaticly activated and the fire is extinquished by being saturated with a material designed exclusively for a kitchen fire. In addition to the kitchen fire suppression system, a special type of fire extinguisher named a Type K fire extinguisher should be available to be your first line of defense against a kitchen fire. A Type K fire extinguisher contains the same fire retardent material that is contained in the kitchen fire suppression system. If the fire is discovered early and can be extingquished with the Type K fire extinguisher before the kitchen fire suppression system is deployed, it will save the restaurant from cleaning up the kitchen from the retartemnt being deployed over the entire cooking surface. In addition to saving you from a kitchen cleanup, you will not need to recharge your kitchen fire suppression system with the fire retardent material.

VI.FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEMS
Champion's Service Technicians are experts at performing the inspection of your srinkler system. Champion Fire Equipment can also modify your existing sprinkler system. If an addition is added to your building or the use of a room is changed and requires sprinkler protection, Champion Fire can perform the modification to yoour sprinkler system.
