Champlain Farms

I went in to prepay for my fuel the woman at the counter held my card I went out to the pump in proceeded to stand at the Palm for upwards of 15 minutes wallet tried to pump $6 worth of gas in my tank less than 4 gallons. Then I went in and asked to see if there was a manager the manager that was working at the time told me that it was her I asked her what was going on they been doing renovations for almost 2 years and every time I'm in there The Visit is not pleasant the stores always a massot's on organized and there's always some sort of computer problem she shrugged their shoulders and walked away. I told her that sometimes it takes you upwards of 15 to 20 minutes to get a cashier to come to the counter because they're too busy in the back doing whatever that it is that they might be doing not waiting on the register she smiled and said that's not my problem we're always short staffed

Store is always unorganized. Staff is very neglectful as for the majority of them. Nobody answers their phone when calling the store. Deli food is nearly always uncooked. Very low quality. If you have a choice I wouldn’t go there if I were you.
