Desmond took care of me best customer service from beginning to the end.. no pressure but was there to check on me didn't ignore me the whole way, while I am a very picky shoe person, never showed me no type of impatience.. this young man should be in every industry he would do great in any position!
Gwen and Rose really went above and beyond to help me out. We're very courteous to my toddler and I. They both really took initiative and help me find sizes for me. Also I am veteran of the United States airforce they gave me my military discount even thou it wasn't working in there system. Keep them around there's not many good workers also that have respect and that have personality.
Nice small store... Customer service friendly
I would say this is the worst champs I have ever been to. The staff wasn't busy but they were just laughing with their coworkers. Nobody even cared to help us they were having to much fun.
Yea the phone call was great the only thing I would say is. I haven't bought any thing from you guys in a while. Any where really but if I get a chance to come back to the mall I will check you guys out. Oh by the way CSG is awesome. They have DSG as well. Maybe there could be a B and a possible A up there somewhere.
I had a great experience here. The staff member helping me knew exactly where the item was I was looking for and then helped me out at cash. Her name started with V Thank you so much
The reps were great! Got my air max 270 and matching tee!
Order sneakers and had delivered to the store and they never showed up. Called customer service they won't ship another pair out to the store. I also told in order for me to get refund I had go back to the store they won't save the inconvenience of having to driving to the store
They have decent sportswear.
Are you ready to pay 140 dollars after tax for the sneakers and for overpriced street wear t shirts? This is your place. mind you they have the most up to date sneak and peaks. Can't hate on the kicks game. That's what they do the best, for sure. The Clarence rack is ok. The customer service is okay. They sorta just jump on you to sell you and it becomes a little needy. Very needy Salesforce. It's okay though I'll still go there.
