Had a family outing of 10 for lunch. Our party had to want about 20mins but that's understandable for the time we got there. Once seated our waitress was there taking drink orders. Food came out pretty quick and everything was hot and fresh. I had the beyond burger patty melt. Amazing!!! I recommend this restaurant.

My fiancé and I stopped her for dinner and drinks and had the bartender I believe her name is Sam as our server. She was busy but never made us feel neglected, and checked on us throughout. I always loved the food but the service is awful. I have given it a chance several times and the food has always been solid but the service has been awful. We waited 20 minutes without any server even addressing us. We ended up leaving. The server kept looking over but never once said, I’m sorry. I’ll be right with you. Just a simple hello. That’s all it would take. Happened two more times. We complained to management the third time and still no real apology.

Friday night family dinner. Not too busy. Love the decor....and set up. The waiter was fast, friendly, and efficient but...the kitchen was SLOW. Took a long long time for our food. My son finished 2 glasses of soda before our food came. I think for me, the best meal was the fish fry. The fish was good and hot and fried right. The waffle fries.. i think that's what they were was very good both the regular and sweet potato ones. I am not impressed with the Where's Curly dish.... it was Chinese noodles with chicken and vegetables stir-fried. The bread pudding was a no for me. I think we would come back.

We've been going to the Chancery for years. For the first time had their 1/2 fried chicken special. It was fantastic! Chicken was great. Mashed 'taters was so tasty. Try itFood: 5/5

Shane was our server/bartender and was absolutely fantastic! It was nice to have a waiter with a pleasent personality who can carry a conversation. We were traveling through and just happened to see the sign. Not the same as I remember, but still good. Will stop again next time we are in the area for sure.Food: 4/5

Service was slow, but the server informed us that their fish grill was behind. She apologized and offered either a free app or soup or salad. We went for the French onion soup, which was amazing. Our food showed up before the soup, but everything was very good!Food: 4/5

The service was very good, but I wasn't crazy about the food. It seemed prepared well, but with lower quality ingredients than I expected for this restaurant and the price. The hamburger bun was very cheap, like not real bread, but more like two pieces of sponge that got wet and soggy--kind of unappetizing. We got one cocktail for $10 that seemed to have no alcohol in it. Other than that, overall the food was good.

Restaurant usually is good. Do not eat at the bar if you are wanting stellar service though. Cheese curds over cooked multiple times after being sent back. Beverages ordered from the bar were so diluted they didn’t even taste right. The bartenders neglected to give us silverware and also multiple empty condiment bottles. Also the bar was incredibly dirty and we did not see the bartenders wipe it down once.

I want to give this place a better rating based on the food and our individual experience but unfortunately we were involved in customer drama next to us. The short story is that after having been very busy earlier, the bar staff ended up inattentive to a lone patron trying to order takeout. Rather than discuss what happened, take accountability, and create a solution, both the bar manager and overall manager chose the path of intimidation and confrontation over tact. We personally had good service and enjoyed the food but the ineffective management attitude and behavior leaves me realizing that there are lots of dining options out there. While I am sorry you had a tough night, our fellow patron deserved better. Bottom line is this was good food but a poor experience that could have easily been avoided with some maturity and tact. Given this was by members of the management team I feel it is a reflection on the value placed on customer service in an industry that has really missed having customers to service.
