I used to go here because I felt like the service was better than Lowe's.  That's not the case anymore. I don't know what the trouble is. I wish them the best.

Reminds me of the hardware stores of old. Very helpful and knowledgeable folks happy to answer questions and help you find exactly what you need.

They were very helpful. Careful time was taken as I searched for a needed shower part. I made the purchase but once I returned home I realized the part wouldn't work. I returned it with no troubles!

It's a good store they just need more help. What would be helpful is if people would put stuff back where it belongs. People ex pick stuff up and lay wherever.

I've always liked the personal service available at Ace Hardware stores, and this franchise location is no different. Chandler Brothers Ace hardware on Columbia Street in Milledgeville GA helped to me to locate a product that has been very difficult for me to find. I telephoned them; they located the item in their store with the exact specifications that I needed and held it for me until I arrived to purchase it. I'm grateful for the wonderful personal service I received here, and I will be back again soon.

Five stars!! Helped me through a fix that I wouldn't have even thought of! As a service repairman I always go to Ace first. This location is a prime example of Ace customer service and parts supplies!

I wanted to shop the smaller locally owned Ace although it is further than Lowes.  However young man working wire his love of Trump like a chip on his shoulder so won't make it a regular stop.

There are three different Ace Hardware stores in Milledgeville that are under the same Corporation.  These three different stores have slightly different personalities.  Also slightly different, they are all very pleasant.  If one doesn't have exactly what you need, have them call the other two stores to see if they could help you.  All three stores have always been happy to do this for me.

I go here when something needs repaired around the house. They all ways have what I need and on certain things they are alot cheaper than Lowe's. Lot's of things you find it here and can't find it anywhere else.
