I absolutely love this place. Yes, the candles can be a bit expensive, but they have a wonderful selection. They are everything from Christmas tree ornaments, soup mixes, pasta, wide selection of jelly, sauces, home decor, utensils, and candy. You can make your own candles, which was cool, make a build a bear, fill up a jar or candy, etc. They also have a food court inside. I definitely will come back. Dangerously can spend a lot of money but definitely worth the experience.
One of my favorite stores to visit! A lot to see than just candles but almost every candle you can smell here! Yankee Candle also has amazing events that we have always enjoyed. I can usually find a coupon too before I go! I always recommend others to visit if you are in the area! :
So massive, so much to see and do! Candles, foods, gifts, homegoods, Christmas & Halloween villages, a huge candy shop, and also a new pub. Beautiful grounds, especially beautiful in Fall and at Christmas. You can easily spend hours here looking at everything. It's awesome. The restaurant has amazing clam chowder and great food too
I love coming here! Every year for the past 13 years we have have been coming to the flagship store at Christmas time and it is always a wonderful experience for the whole family. This was our first year coming during the Halloween season and we were impressed with the decorations and fall/Halloween themed items for sale.
If you have never visited, well, you simply MUST! Easy off and on I-91. My family and I try to get here AT LEAST once per year. A visit to the Yankee Candle Company is a delight to all of your senses! Visually stunning, incredible smells and fragrances, delightful sounds and music, coordinated to the themes in each room, delicious foods to eat there or take home with you, and just so many things to explore with your hands! Whether you stop for 30 minutes I personally am not sure how this could EVER happen!, or whether you spend several hours, you and your family will be captivated! One of my favorite rooms is "The Alpine Room" where it actually snows real snow! every 4 minutes! Second favorite...the room with all the lighted, animated villages. I could literally spend an hour just in that one room!! There is something here for everyone, from toddlers to teens, young folks to seasoned seniors! Ample parking, abundant rest rooms, handicapped accessibility...honestly, what's not to LOVE?! JUST DO IT!!
Not my first visit to Yankee Candle and won't be my last. Room after room of not just candles but lots of gift ideas and things for your kitchen and home as well. Was disappointed that one of the "Christmas" rooms with trees and ornaments wasn't what I remembered. "Snow" falls every 4 minutes in this room full of trees. However this visit the snow stopped almost as soon as it started. Didn't even give me time to take a picture. My other complaint about this place has always been the lack of food. I wanted lunch but with only one place to eat and not much variety, sadly, I left starving. They offered soup, sliced pizza and some wraps that were a little "fancy" for many especially children. They are making a mistake in my eyes not putting in a place to eat that just offers simple foods. Lots of sweets if that's what you're looking for but definitely lacking in the food department. But Yankee Candle was worth my 60 minute drive as the browsing and smelling of so many lovely scents was a day of fun.
We were just going to pop in and look for a minute. 2.5 hours later we emerge, bags in hand, and didn't hit all the rooms we could have! The only thing that stopped me was that I have to carry my purchases back on a 12 hour train ride! I had so much fun I killed the battery on my phone taking pictures so I wouldn't forget the stuff I didn't get and plan my return trip for more! Every year my daughter gets a Nutcracker. OMG, so many to choose from! I can't wait to return and see how it changes during the summer...
Oh I just love it! There’s an insane amount of rooms and places to see and things to buy. There’s fudge, there’s adorable small trinkets, there’s a toy store, and of course, candles. There’s even a small department store. And it snows inside every four minutes! I love it so much!
Post Christmas visit. Had great sales. The large candles for $8, other candle sizes and other sales as low as $1.50. Nice and relaxing shopping experience didn’t have to worry about bumping into other patrons. Even had time for the Wax Works station
They have everything you would not expected out of a Yankee candle store. Everytime when I go visit my family in the area, I would stop by this store to shop around. Christmas decoration is amazing all year around. I also did the personalized candle label there as a gift to our friends. It turned out amazing!
