If you are looking for flowers  in Chattanooga TN look no further!  I was able to order this custom arrangement over the phone with Jeff and I am so glad I ordered through Chantilly. I love these uplifting & vibrant summer flowers!

I have not ordered anything from Chantilly, but based on my experience in receiving a bouquet from them, I will and you should too.  We received flowers yesterday from friends because my wife’s grandmother passed away. The lady delivering them accidentally dropped the whole arrangement on our front porch. The vase didn’t fall, but all the flowers fell out. She was apologetic and we picked them up. When I got back inside, I arranged them the best I could. I called Chantilly to let them know. They were very apologetic, considerate, and sympathized with our loss. They insisted on bringing out another bouquet. I told them not to worry about. The fact that the offered and was nice on the phone was enough.  We got him from the funeral today and my wife decided to go on our front porch and reflect about her grandmother, only to find a gorgeous arrangement of flowers. Talk about good timing. There was also an apology note.  This is the type of business YOU NEED to do business with and support. I know I will and will be telling people about my experience. Thanks again for being a bright spot in an otherwise gloomy day.

Kathy was fantastic! Forgot to order casket blanket of flowers for my Mother's funeral until 24 hours before I needed them delivered.  Not only did she do a fantastic job on the flowers, she was very compassionate and caring!  She made the process so much easier. Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone I know.

Kathy does absolutely the most beautiful arrangements.  I used Kathy for a corporate event.  After numerous questions about the event, attendees, color scheme, so created the most gorgeous center pieces and various room arrangements.  So use Kathy for ALL your flower needs.  She is an absolute professional.

As always, I was late in buying a gift for my best friend for her birthday. She works in Chattanooga and I work in Knoxville. I looked up the flower shops in the ZIP Code where she works and chantilly lace popped up. Because I needed the flowers delivered that day I called directly to speak to somebody instead of ordering online. The nicest man answered the phone and told me that they would be happy to deliver that day, I told him how much I wanted to spend, and he told me his sister would make the most beautiful arrangement ever. He wasn’t kidding! My best friend sent me the picture below and she said the aroma was absolutely beautiful. You can’t go wrong Ordering flowers from chantilly lace!

I've received two beautiful arrangements from Chantilly lace.  Really beautiful. Sadly, the flowers do start to wilt much quicker than other florists I've worked with.  The most recent one was completely wilted within 5 days. On the 3rd day I had changed the water since I noticed many of the flowers were losing petals, but it didn't do anything.  They are beautiful arrangements, but they simply wilt so rapidly.  I also stupidly didn't notice the vase was hand wash only and the color was stripped entirely the first time I put it in the dishwasher, but that's my fault.  Just something to note for anyone ordering a colorful vase.

I rarely take the time to post reviews, but my experience here was incredible. Being in the retail business myself I appreciate above and beyond customer service. That’s exactly what Jeff and his sister did when I called one Friday morning trying to get anniversary flowers sent to my girlfriend for our 4 year. After calling every florist in the Chattanooga/Chickamauga area I failed to realize it was Mother’s Day weekend and that’s why everyone was done with deliveries. Jeff told me he could fit one more in and when I told him I had no idea what I wanted, just a price range, he said to trust him that his sister is the best in the business and she will put a great arrangement together. My girlfriend being speechless when she got the flowers, sending me multiple pictures, proved every bit of what Jeff told me on the phone. He went above and beyond for a stranger and I can’t thank them enough for everything they did. You will not be disappointed using this florist for any occasion. I know they will definitely be my go-to. Thanks again!!

They are absolutely the best florist I've ever dealt with.  I called on a Wednesday evening about flowers for that Friday and they absolutely came through even though it was last minute. Beautiful work and highly affordable.
