Chantilly's pastry dough and fillings are all made by hand and in house. We use Organic Flour and Sugar. We use Butter in all of our pastry dough. Our lunch specials of the day are made fresh daily. We make all of it from scratch. All of our sandwiches come on Chantilly's freshly baked bread or buns.
