So we buried my grandpa yesterday worst day of my life BUT Shelly really helped us all feel better she was so patient and super sweet and no she was not sweet because she was paid she is genuinely a very kind and understanding person she wanted to make sure we were ok every step of the way she did a wonderful job her entire staff was so helpful and Shelly went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and had anything I needed. Death is never ease and it’s never something we want to think of but she makes the whole process as easy as possible. Thanks Shelly and staff for helping us through this horrible sad day I am so glad my grandpa and great grandparents are there in your care. Also they do an amazing job at keeping the gravesides clean I’ve been to other cemeteries and saw trash and debris which can’t be helped sometimes but there was zero trash and the grass is very well maintained just so very clean.
I had to do a “spend down” for my mother’s pre-arranged funeral expenses. While I am fortunate enough to still have my mother with us to plan according to her wishes, it was not a task that I was looking forward to doing. Michael family counselor was not only patient and accommodating but he also had our best interest at heart. His follow ups and advise were all on point. I could not have asked for a better experience. When the time comes to say goodbye to my mother, I will be able to do so knowing that my total focus will be on her since Michael has helped pre-arrange so many of the details.
Thank so much to you, Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral home. When my dad passed away earlier year, we really didn’t see it coming and devastated. At the same time we were struggling with the process of sepulture. Chapel Hill Gardens West helped us went through. Thanks God, we were so lucky to have Nicole to help our family. Nicole took care of us, response to our questions, concerns, and requests day and night; felt she was there with us all time. At the deadly cold day for burial, Nicole was there making very thing lined and smooth for our guests and our family. She is great and beyond. Chapel Hill Gardens West were continuously after, they help our family to completed memory photos, paperwork, fallout the forms; to make things easier and extended their caring and love to us. We are very gratefully. Thank you Nicole, Texas, and the entire team! God bless!
Outstanding service during an incredibly difficult time. Ronald and his staff went above and beyond to offer every possible service to our entire family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Customer service was a rude to us both upon our visiting with my service canine, as i am disabled permanently. however, the cemetary is kept well in terms of landscaping & cleanliness. Glad my dear friend is interred here. Wish that i could visit more than once per year. But i was told that i could not bring my servicedog. My late friend loved dogs too
UPDATE: Today was the long-anticipated graveside service for both of our parents today. I must say the impeccable professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail by Ron Graeff was so appreciated by my siblings and extended family. The service was exactly - exactly - what we hoped for and we are beyond grateful. Thank you Ron and Chapel Hill West for your assistance and care.
Everyone who works there are very kind, and very accommodating wonderful people and place.
Ulises Ramirez was extremely helpful in helping me put my dear cousin to rest.
