A+ service and far exceeded any expectations. Please do not hesitate to use this service. I lost my mom unexpectantly and never had to plan or think about mortuary's or cemeteries or services, embalmment you name it, I was heartbroken from the loss of my mom, but, also lost as to where to even begin. I was referred to Doug through my mom's church and wow! What an amazing blessing, he handled everything with respect and care, made my mom look beyond beautiful and provided a casket that blew us all away. On top of that he was affordable and stayed within a reasonable budget. He even helped at the memorial which he didn't have to since he was handling the graveside service like a true professional. He spent so much time on the phone with me helping me figure everything out and make the perfect decisions that would've made my mom so happy. His conversations and communications where always so patient and kind and knowing that my mom was in good hands while she was in his care made all the difference. Thanks again Doug! I am forever grateful for everything you've done. My mom's send off was beautiful and a day we will never forget!
I used Lada's Chapel of peace back in 2016 for the first time. Had such an amazing experience. At the time Jacky was the person helping with the funeral services. She was very respectful and kind! Now is 2023 and I met Cindy which I was very pleased with. My family and I are very grateful with the service provided at this most difficult time, Cindy and staff provided warmth and tender words to aid my family during the difficult grieving process. Highly recommend this place! Thank you Cindy, we need more people like you in this world
My family and I are very grateful with the service that was provided. Cindy helped My mom. She was very kind, respectful and warm hearted. They arent pushy like I thought they'd be. Very lenient, they gave my family time to grieve for our recent loss. They are very patient and careing. This chapel is highly recommended. The overall objective of this mortuary is ensuring the wellbeing of those. Very understanding the staff was. Overall Cindy did an amazing job helping my mom. Thank you.

I recently attended a funeral at this small, humble building in Pomona. What Lada's Chapel of Peace lacks in lavish furnishings, it makes up for in personal touch and attention to detail. Mr. Lada himself oversaw every part of the funeral - it was seamless and beautiful.
We had my dads funeral services February 10 and Doug & sandy were so helpful through your this whole situation answered all of our questions and were so kind about it and the day of the viewing everything was as comforting as possible and at the grave site doug stayed until the end and gave a sweet touching speech we appreciate this place and it’s our second time using them and both times we’re the best

An apology for the delay in the review. However, I want to highly recommend this place. Without a doubt the best in the area. 4 years ago he helped me with my father's repatriate. All your service was excellent . There they helped me with all the procedures of everything. I think that in such an emotional moment, many times one does not have the head to think about everything that involves processing many things. For this reason I totally recommend the place.
