These apartments are nice great location an always friendly folks around. The units are nice well taken care of an great maintenance crew. They have multiple dumpsters near all buildings so it's easy and convenient to run your trash out. The dumpsters use to stay full but here lately they seem to be getting emptied more often an added an additional dumpster just incase it's needed. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. If your looking for a nice apartment at a great price then this place is worth checking out. Thanks for your time.

Avoid this place! They avoid telling you that the monthly rent listed online isn’t correct…its $150 more. After multiple conversations, application for a particular apartment, $125 application fees, and even amount of deposit decided. She says “Hey lets get you in to tour it…btw rent goes up after next month i wanted to let you know as a courtesy” Courtesy? We are talking about signing a lease, this should have been communicated before the application was submitted! Deceitful and rude!

I have never felt less comfortable living somewhere, it feels like they are actively trying to make it as painful to stay here as possible. They are constantly "renovating", forcing you to allow countless workers into your home to replace working fixtures with extremely low quality replacements terribly installed. I have come home to horrible messes more than once. saw dust in my dishes and on my childrens snacks for school, insulation that was dusted across all of our clothing causing us to have to wash every piece or just hope it doesn't irritate our kids skin. It truly feels like they want to incentivise people to move out, and they are doing a darn good job of it.

Pool hasn’t been open in almost a year ! Trash & junk all over the complex ! Overpriced don’t move here . Others paying $400 for same unit . Based on income . Small gym !  old appliances ! Breeze way needs to be pressure washed ! Dirty environment! Nobody answers the phone in the office ! I been here 3 years nothings changed . The admin sent out late notice about rent change causing all tenants with no choice but to renew the lease . Definitely moving soon as this new lease is up !! Save yourself the time & hassle . Don’t move here if you work hard and want to live comfortable !!!

Rent goes up in the middle of a lease. But, I like the people. If we have a problem they try to straighten it out.

I've never lived here so my rating might not be the best to take into consideration if your thinking about moving here but I visit a friend who lives here quite often and the apartments are nice and the rent isn't to high.  She likes living there.  She's renewing her lease in a couple months so I guess she enjoys living there.

I would never recommend this apartment complex. I moved in with a leaking roof over my bathroom light that took them 8 months to get a ‘grant’ to pay for their damage. I also had mold in my ac unit and we got extremely sick from majority of the time I lived here. July I made it aware I would not be renewing my lease and I turned my rent in August all of sudden my money order goes missing from the drop box. Lets not forget, they don’t have cameras that ‘work’ as Lindsey says. My spouse passed in September and they had no remorse. They stopped taking state vouchers too for covid so I couldn’t get any assistance. They charged me for blinds I literally replaced the day I moved out, left the place spotless except normal wear and tear. There is mold on the stair cases and railings. Called to get a hornets nest taken down and they never came. Lindsey is irrelevant and wouldn’t even give that woman a breathe of your time. Any of the office staff actually. Their all about talking to their ‘attorney’ when they get caught up in stuff. I wouldn’t even out yourself in a predicament with this complex. They will charge you for every little thing possible, probably why they’re so cheap. My carpet wasn’t even nailed down when I moved in. I could go on and on.

Management is excellent.  They help with any issues plus they are very polite and always smiling. They are very professional.  Maintenance is wonderful.  Anything that I'm in need of, they are always there within minutes.

The office is nice but the apartments were not as nice. It is very small but okay storage. We did get bed bugs while here though so hope you get insurance on that! And they made us pay for them as the lease says although we did not even know what they were at first. I wasn't too pleased with maintenance either. Our night light for the stairs was out for 2 months. I told maintenance about it and they said I had to put an order in for then to fix it. That is a safety hazard it should be qualified as emergency maintenance. Everything is done halfass here. Even when they sprayed for bed bugs they did not do a good job so we ended up having to hire terminix to do the work for them. I do have to say the neighborhood wasn't too bad for gallatin. Don't move near the road because sirens are constantly going by. They got better about keeping the landscaping up also.
