I am a local of the area, and have not yet got to try the breakfast. I have walked by and it is always busy, great outdoor seating. They have great local coffee options. Im a fan of "el fresco" dining  options, and this has it ;- Have been twice for lunch. Lunch was ok, nothing that will blow you outta the water. Prices are a little high. Cost $60 for five sandwitches and plain chips, no drinks. I understand overhead has to get covered, and food isnt getting cheaper, but over $10 for a sandwitch and chips, is a bit much for lunch. Think tuna, turkey blt, the usual staples.

Amazing breakfast and Altera coffe would go there any and every day of the week!!!

Great breakfast... good food and good service!
