It’s always nerve wracking buying a car but the people at Priority Lexus made it so easy. My salesperson Taylor was so kind and helpful and Matt in finance walked me through everything with ease and they both answered every question and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I can’t recommend them enough. Every single person I dealt with there went out of their way to be helpful. Just a great experience.
If I could give a 0 that's what I would do. You have a Service consultant named Josh that I dealt with today. Very rude and condescending when speaking with this customer. I have dealt with this dealership since maybe 2012. Most of my visits and consultations have been rather pleasant. He even tried to diagnose my emotions when I told him that I was disappointed in his approach of not trying to remedy my situation. I will take my Lexus some place where I can speak with pleasant service consultants. However when I asked him how long he has been at Lexus, he told me about 18 months. I shared with him this not normally the Lexus way of assisting customers. With his nasty demeanor, I have decided that I will take my vehicle to Richmond Va. or to Johnson Lexus in NC.
Karla is a true professional. In my opinion, one of their best Salesperson. Handle all my tough questions, very polite and courteous. Exceeded my expections with every meeting. Thanks for great experience!
This review is directly related to service consultant Josh Ware!! Such a unprofessional, disrespectful, aggressive towards a woman, simple minded guy who I have for the second time had the displeasure of dealing with during my 100,000 mile service today. He had the biggest attitude and ego known to man. To keep this as short as possible; Josh thought it was unreasonable and annoying for me to question or have feedback into any aspects of my vehicle and it’s service. He acted personally offended like I was talking about something he did i.e. oil stains in my vehicle when I asked did they wear gloves and as I tried to explain what happened before.. and called my question aggressive… Mind you I had on 2 masks.. and the entire time he kept saying I can’t hear a word you’re saying yet he was so angry like he replying to Heaven’s know what!! I thought I was being punk** because he was so nasty!!! Every time I said something he repeated what I said like a 4 year old while the entire time his coworker Sam who stepped in and asked me did I want her to help me, to that I said yes and thanked her kept saying Josh, Josh, as to get him to “ get it together” but he kept acting juvenile… I did not cuss at him but he acted like he wanted to fight me… now had I been a man his weak behind would not had said a word.. I am a widow but said to him “I wish my husband were here” He said “ eww… what he gonna do”… such a jerk!! I did complain and was called by the service manager who was kind and understanding and apologetic which I appreciated but I think next time I’ll send my Nephews or Brother in for me or with me “IF” I ever decide to patronize this location ever again with either of my vehicles…. I may just have it serviced in Alexandria VA when visiting my son….. North Park Lexus San Antonio is an example of true care for customers and customer service every time my service consultant was Oliver. Thanks Sam for ALWAYS being kind in spirit and thanks for being a true professional today when Josh was acting juvenile.
I called today for oil changes. Monica answered the phone, and asked if I was new, I told her I wasn’t, then she didn’t ask anything and hung up on me. Then I called again, I thought the line maybe broke, and this time, they told me to leave my name and number, so they could call me back, which never happened. This made me feel like Monica hung up on me on purpose for some reason. I have to say the customer service here are going downward, maybe they think they could pick and choose the customer now!
I want to thank the sales manager Keith McCullar for reaching out to me to help me find the car I wanted. He took the time to make sure that the vehicle I wanted will soon become available once out of production and I’m looking forward to finalizing the deal soon. Also, I want to thank him for working with me on the price.

I can not recommend these folks enough! Farhad was in contact with me multiple times in the week leading up to my purchase and made the process as smooth possible. We will definitely be coming back!
Friend of mine went here to purchase a vehicle, they told him it was a demo carwhich is a new car on the paper work after he signed everything it states the vehicle is used. They use high pressure predatory tactics when dealing with customers. After he showed me what he bought i informed him it was a used vehicle and they charged him so much more than a new cars msrpalso pressured him into $8k worth of add ons in the finance room, management would not work with him to unwind the deal less than 24 hours after purchase. buyer beware, do not trust the floor salesman here read the entirety of your contract when purchasing. they preyed on a foreigner with this sale and its disgusting.
