My experience with Daja Williams was/is AWESOME. She is very knowledgeable, answered all questions, very patient and ensured that I was satisfied in all aspects of my accounts. She is always available when needed and I love the willingness to always assist with any issues that I may have. She is a great employee with great customer service.
I worked with Scarlet Gomez last week and she was absolutely wonderful! First, she was super responsive via phone and email which was helpful and convenient. She patiently broke down every option and helped me make the best decision for my situation. Best of all, she was able to get me a lower quote than I was originally given on the State Farm website.
Was having some issue with the billing. Initially Jade was the one who helped me, but after that Spenzer took care my issue. He was very attentive and helpful. Keeps me updated through text message, which I like very much since my work schedule makes me hard to accept phone calls. Thank you very much Jade and Spenzer for helping me!

Scarlet is the best insurance agent!!!! I was having complications getting business insurance that made sense to me but I was able to get exactly what I needed at a rate that worked for me and it didnt take forever either nor did I have to jump through hoops.
Agent Spencer Louis was really helpful. He offered a policy tailormade to my need, was really patient and took his time to explain every aspect of my coverage. I'm really happy with state farm and that he's my agent.
Stephanie is pleasantly patience. I was allowed to go through a tangled web without her tone changing. She walked me through the issue and gave common sense advice for me to follow. I appreciate people who take their position seriously. Dealing with the public can be nerve racking.
Daja is phenomenal! She is as knowledgeable as she is empathetic. And you can tell that this is a passion for her and not just a job. I called to inquire about Life Insurance as someone who has never had it, seen their family have it, or even considered it as a result. But I watched both of my parents pass away from debilitating illnesses and leave us as a family with the aftermath, and it truly sucked tbh. Now that I've entered my 30s, my siblings and I are all older, there's nieces and nephews running around haha, and I've met the love of my life, Life Insurance is really important to me now. I want to make sure that when it's my time, my loved ones will be free to grieve as peacefully as can be expected of course, without being burdened by my funeral costs or any debts I may have at that time. Daja showed me AND my partner which I thought was dope so many options and coverages to make sure that the boxes in those regards would be checked. She also educated us both so much on how insurance really is as affordable as it is necessary. So, my partner and I will be sitting down with this quote, doing some appropriate budgeting, and starting a policy this month with Daja and State Farm! Thank you Daja!
