Let me just add on to the wonderful things that have already been said about this place. I didn't even see it except for a small sign that said "beer exchange". The selection is up to par with the best beer shops I've seen. Top shelf beers from Belgium. Amazing beers lagers from Germany. Greet local microbrews from all over America. The prices may seem high, but you get what you pay for. I bought one beer for $15 and one for 8, but I haven't had them since I left Europe. How in the world did he acquire this awesome selection?
Best bottle shop in North Charleston. Owner are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly! I always hit this place up when I'm in town. Within last year added atleast 4 more taps! Bring your growlers!
The store has a very good selection for being so small. Mostly ambient but some refrigerated. The local brews are kept up front by the register which is cool. There is also a growler station. I've been here several times and always found the staff to be really helpful. Great place
The best beer store I have ever been to. It isn't huge...but the selection is absolutely amazing. Really nice guys, as well....and it's in a fun part of the City.

CBX is undoubtedly the greatest hole in the wall shop for beer lovers, ever, anywhere. With at least 8 rotating growler tap fills, an unparalleled wall of Belgians and Germans, and a Craft beer selection I'm always here for Boulevard that surpasses Closed For Business and Edmonds Oast, I cannot find a single flaw with this establishment. Stopping here for a craft six pack and a Radler after a fifty mile bike ride are the highlights of my week.
Great selection and helpful staff. I was in from Raleigh and found a lot of great selections that we sell out of instantly back home. Nice location too.
A must go for beer enthusiasts! The staff is super helpful. I just wish they had the Belgian beer "Grimbergen" it would be amazing..

Small shop with a really outstanding selection of both local and foreign brews. Especially good selection of sours!
