I've been a patient with Charlestown dental for over 2 years now and always had the best experiences with them I've ever had with any other dental practice. Alex and his staff are always so calming and gentle. I have anxiety pretty bad when it comes to going to the dentist. Not with them though cause I know they will take good care of me. Just got a tooth pulled and it went so well and easy no pain at all. I have autistic kids and I'm thinking about switching them over to this practice because of how calming and gentle they are. My kids would love going to this practice I think as much as I love going here. They are the best! Thanks Dr. Alex and staff for being so calming and gentle and making me feel comfortable! I recommend them to everyone I know
My son had fell and chipped his front tooth, pretty bad. When I called his “regular” dentist they inform me they no longer take our insurance, and we would need to find somewhere else. Slightly panicking I begin to search and call around trying to find a place that would be able to take my son as a new patient. As many people know finding a new dentist can be frightening, especially if you’ve had a bad experience before! After calling around to multiple dentist and looking up their reviews online. I came across Charlestown Road Dental and I couldn’t be happier that I did! The staff was extremely helpful and very kind.. They were wonderful with my son, making him feel comfortable and setting his nerves at ease. Not only was everyone from the staff to the dentist great.. The work they did to fix his front tooth looks amazing!! I can’t recommend this place enough
Was very pleased with my initial consultation. A very warm welcome from the whole staff. Very pleased with Dr. Mason's professionalism and my personal treatment plan in regards to my current needs.
I have an extreme fear of the dentist offices typically. This office is absolutely amazing. The dentist named John Mason is wonderful! He was very patient with me. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Great place to get your teeth worked on. Very nice staff. NEVER had ANY problems with Charlestown Road Dental. I've been going here for a few years now and they have done a lot of work on my teeth. They accept many insurances also. 10/10 would recommend
Hard to find but WORTH the effort. Turn into kohls area make first LEFT, go back and on R. Very nice, professional and helpful. I joked as I left I never saw such beautiful people inside and out under one roof working together.
If it were possible I would rate this ZERO stars. I do not recommend this facility, largely due to a refusal to properly communicate with patients. I made 3 attempts to ask questions of a technical nature, even requesting to speak to the dentist. I have 8 years of experience in the dental field, and the questions I needed to ask were of a technical nature. But everytime I tried to talk to anyone about it, including the dentist, Dr. Mason, they simply repeated to me either how much the charges were or that the dentist would have performed the work the same way the technician had performed it. Unfortunately, neither of those were the questions I wanted to ask. One of my questions may have even impacted the cost of treatment to me at my next appointment. But I'll never know for sure since I never had the chance to ask those questions. As far as I'm concerned such lousy communication has no place in a medical or dental office, so I cancelled my next appointment and will be looking for a new dentist. Hopefully one who will value communication with his or her patients.
I really like the way my dentures look but have had to return several times for adjustments and I live 30 miles away so that’s been a bit of a hassle. After several trips they still don’t fit right so my tongue and gum are sore alot . It must just be me
Excellent personally tailored analysis and service in an expedient manner during an unscheduled visit. This service came with a smile and at no extra cost for the emergency. This is true understanding and compassion for the customer. Charlestown Road Dental truly makes you feel like family.
