If you know me you know that I love a sandwich! I mentioned before that I'm making my way through the Altamonte food court and Charlie's is the one I was most excited about! I've had two separate experiences one amazing and one was just okay. My 1st order I got a chicken philly with extra onions and extra cheese! It was absolutely delicious! I literally ate it in about 5 seconds! So when I went back the 2nd time I had very high expectations. This time I decided to just get a normal Philly cheesesteak and fries. I also decided to add bacon in. This sandwich was much more disappointing than the last due to the fact that I paid almost $2 for extra bacon and only got one little Flappy strip. And the sandwich also was just not as seasoned and as good as the 1st time. I'm not sure if that's due to the people making it or because it was philly cheesesteak instead of chicken. The fries were delicious though! I will definitely be going back to get the chicken again!

I had ordered delivery via their website and they delivered it through UberEats. The driver had given me the wrong order, but since I didn’t order through UE’s app I had to call the store to let them know of the mishap, and this is where they shined! The manager, Brian, quickly took charge and had one of the employees on site deliver my correct order. They went above and beyond, solving any issue promptly and keeping me informed of every detail. 10/10 recommended!
Some employees don't seem to care about customer service. I asked for the ranch on the side after i ordered. I realize that can be bothersome but the cashier was kind enough to let the person making the fries know. She seemed bothered by it and did not do it. I don't want to mention names but i think if it's done the first time it makes it easier on the employee. I saw this did not only happen to me but someone else. She asked to do it again but i decided to keep the fries the way they were. I clearly saw him asking and the way she reacted . There is no doubt she knew about it.
Horrible quality, rude staff…. The sandwiches were prepared totally messy, barely lettuce or tomato, cheese not melted!!!! Worst Charley’s experience ever!!!Food: 1/5
