Dr. Charlie Ilawan, DDS and his staff are ready to serve the dental needs of both children and adults.
Dr. Charlie P. Ilawan graduated from the University of New Orleans in 1984 with a B.A. in biology. He was then accepted to LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans, Louisiana where he received his Doctorate in Dental Sciences in May of 1988. He received a post-graduate degree in Prosthodontics in 1990 from LSU School of Dentistry. Prosthodontics is a highly specialized branch of dentistry that involves the restoration and replacement of teeth. Dr. Ilawan taught at LSU School of Dentistry as a Clinical Assistant Professor from 1989 through 1994 in the department of removable prosthodontics. He practices general dentistry and welcomes children as well as adults in his office.
