I just called and talked to an employee named John. It's awful that they charge you $50 or like $75 if you wanted to have a ring verified if it's real diamonds and gold unless you're gonna buy it from them, then it's free that's what he told me. But the other day when I talked to a woman she said it's free. This John is not a good employee. He doesn't attract customers in your shop. Glad that I tried to call Reichman jewelry in Oak lawn that offers the same service but free of charge. I'm turned down of this Charlie's diamond jeweler shop.
There service is amazing they are really nice guys and I had them repair my chain and when I got it back and it was like a brand new one you couldn’t tell that it had ever been broken. Charlie’s Diamond Jewelers is amazing
