This is a nice little place to take younger kids. The staff is friendly and the snack bar is reasonably priced. They don't have a huge arcade area, but the climbing area looks great and the bounce house room was also nice. Restrooms and floors were clean.
We came here for my daughter's 7th birthday not knowing what to expect, but I was amazed! There are Soo many different things for the kids to play on and it's for all ages. The staff was wonderful and the facility was very clean. We definitely will be coming back again!
Really great during non-busy hours to run the kiddos for a while. I didn't eat but did enjoy the staff.
Great place to allow kids to run around and burn off energy. Pizza and fire salad were good.
I love this place! I took my 2 nephews and my niece there. They are ages 3 to 12. We all had a blast, parents included. This playground/ arcade/ bounce house is well priced, and super fun for all ages! Fun climbing area and slides and bounce houses!!! Adults are allowed on/in the playground to play with their kids, unlike McDonald's. I planned a baby shower there as well and they were super helpful with answering all my questions. The staff is really kind. We all had such a good time, we will be returning many times I'm sure
I always love Indoor playgrounds especially in WA. It was a weekend day so it was pretty crowded but it was a pretty fun day.
We went there for somewhere fun for our toddler to play and have fun in the rain. The staff was super uncooperative to the lady who was there before us trying to check in for her daughter's birthday party. Her arms were full and she could barely balance her baby and all of her stuff. Rather than letting this poor woman set all of her stuff in the party room and come back to pay, they made her do all of it there. Not once did they apologize for the lack of proper communication from her calling them when she set it up to when she checked in. That should have been our first clue to leave. When it was our time to pay there wasn't anything posted that told us about an additional card service fee. They really just seemed to care about herding people in like cattle. Once we could finally go in it was best described as pure chaos. No one offered to tell us where anything was, we had to figure it out on our own. I enjoyed the old Charlie's Safari before they moved. Well laid out with a section for smaller kids and bigger kids and the staff seemed to care. It also was a lot cleaner too. With the play structure a free for all for toddlers and bigger kids it was very overwhelming at this location. Our toddler HATED it. Within 10 minutes he was ready to leave, he even grabbed his Dad's shoes and handed them to him and begged us to go. Needless to say even if our friend's have kids who have a party there we won't be going. Not worth it for our toddler to be miserable. $18 isn't expensive for an afternoon of potential fun but it is if you don't stay. The staff should have offered some sort of a refund since we didn't even get to use any of the toys. We tried to get him to climb around or use the bounce house and he just cried and wanted to be held. We won't be back. Maybe another family enjoys that kind of chaos, ours clearly does not.
My son has a blast. The climber is cool but I can't see my kids inside so sometimes I don't know which side they are coming out. The arcade games are ok too but majority of them were out of order. My coins kept getting stuck in some of the ones that did work. The food was extremely expensive. But over all it was a great place to take my son to burn off energy.
This review is for our experience at the old location since this one isn't open yet. This is our go-to for rainy day play with our two kiddos. There is a ton of room just to run, it's super affordable, and I loved the adults-only room where it was quiet and I could just observe in peace : The food is probably something I would improve- it wasn't bad, but was just generally fair type food. Again- not a complaint. It tasted great and my kids loved it, I just like to see more healthy variety at family places. Can't wait for the new location to open!
Great place!! Bouncy houses, arcade center, safari playground, message chairs and good food!! My husband took our daughter over to the arcade center, while I enjoyed a massage in one of their many message chairs. Afterward we grabbed some food and hubby had a bacon cheeseburger and awesome onion rings, and my buffalo wings were great!! Overall a fun place for the whole family and a nice option for a cold rainy day 10$ got us forty tokens Most meals were between 7&13$ large portions Beer is served here as well.
