I found myself in a tight corner with an expectant mother/friend of mine whose adopting couple backed out of the arrangement 3 days before she was to give birth!!! I called Charlotte on that Friday at 6:01 am when I got word.  Not only did she personally answer the call but made arrangements for us to meet her that afternoon in her Boca location.  Well long story short, with many obstacles and unknowns overcome in an extremely tightened timeframe, my friend’s child was placed with a loving family on the Thursday following her birth on that Monday prior to it being completed!!! I’ve had further contact with this friend and she is still delighted by Charlotte’s attentive care and encouragement during this choice that was made for her beautiful baby boy!!! I too can never express the gratitude I will forever have for Charlotte and the miracle she worked in such a compressed amount of time for two very stressed people deciding to provide a beautiful life to an adopting family!!! Charlotte you are an amazing lady and attorney!!! Martin

She is a horrible attorney that handled my adoption.  A supposed open adoption,  I don’t know who the adoptive parents are.  No communication from anyone. She is a horrible person!!!!

So thankful to have met Charlotte!! I have been matched two times as a surrogate through her office. I feel so safe and comfortable working with them. They really CARE ABOUT ME!  Anytime I call the office, I am helped right away. I never have to be called back. They are also proactive calling me during important moments like a hospital visit or special appointment and that makes me feel appreciated and cared for. The contracts are very thorough protecting everyone and everything. Charlotte is a wonderful person and knows her stuff. I recommend her highly.

I recommend the Charlotte office because their services are excellent and the care for their surrogate mothers is very good.  I have been a surrogate mother twice and it has gone very well for me. It is now 21 years since Charlotte helped my wife and I adopt our two children. Recently her office helped them locate and contact their respective birth moms. Charlotte's office has always been very helpful, understanding and open throughout the entire process. I very much recommend her and her staff to anyone wishing to adopt.

Charlotte Danciu’s office has been awesome to me and my family for over 18 years!!! They were awesome thru my pregnancy 18-19 years ago!!! And throughout the last 18 years they always took care of getting my pictures and letters to my adopting daughter and her mom and dad,I religiously sent cards and letters and pictures twice a year once during her birthday’s and the holidays!! The best news ever is I’ve just reconnected on Facebook with my 18 year old daughter and now we talk daily and will be meeting up in about 2 weeks I’m so thankful for the employees at this agency for making sure my biological daughter has reached out to me…. I would give them an A+ rating and 5 stars!!!!! Thank you whole heartedly!!!!!!

Charlotte is an expert in the field, professional and reliable, as well as caring and compassionate. She helped our family complete two consecutive adoptions in Florida, and we highly reccomend her services.

I gave a child up nearly 29 years ago, it was a horrific time in my life I was young and scarred and very much alone, I was confident I was making the right decision in regards to the adoption, I struggled felt as though I should keep him, I don't regret the decision now, my son the handsome man I gave up found me on his own, I'm over the moon about that! However I am extremely upset at the fact I was promised it was to be open adoption. It in fact not. Not because I or the adoption family because Charlotte. I sent a package with Bible letters and quilt the family never received it, they sent pics and I only received 5 right after his birth nothing more, the I in on the cake and biggest issue is several years ago I was diagnosed with a severe medical condition that could effect him trumatically I contacted Charlotte's office on more than one occasion in regards to this. The information was never given to the birth family. This is serious and it's unbelievable that the information was not given to the family. Why???? This sickness me. Unbelievable that once the ink is dry and money exchanged that she felt not responsible in keeping her promise to me. Our felt in necssarne to relay info . Disgusting! We are talking about people's lives that trusted in you.

Charlotte Danciu is my hero. The adoption process can be so scary, but Charlotte made adopting my daughter Stephanie a dream come true. As far as I am concerned, choosing Charlotte Danciu to handle our adoption was a gift we gave ourselves.

As a 2 time surrogate I had nothing but amazing experiences with her office both times.  They always took care of me and were very caring.
