Charlotte Pharmacy gives you the old fashioned friendly service of the good old days. They treat you in a neighborly professional manner and they truly care about their customers. It is such a breath of fresh air to do business with them and they have wonderful prices too! I highly recommend Charlotte Pharmacy for your neighborhood drugstore needs. They are wonderful people and very efficient too!

Charlotte Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I can't help but wonder why big chain pharmacies, i.e., CVS, Walgreens, etc., are unable to fill prescriptions anything from antibiotics to controlled substances in less than five or six hours sometimes the next day! when Charlotte Pharmacy can do it in five minutes or less. Prices are comparable, and insurance is accepted. I'll be moving out of State soon and will miss this small but great business. Thank you for your excellent service over the past several years.

I have had so much trouble with pharmacies, not having the medication I need on time. Always had to go without until they order it. My husband found this little pharmacy that offered us the best prices and always had my medication on time. If your not happy with your pharmacy, it won't hurt to check this one out. You will be surprised how organized they are . I would recommend them to everyone.

Amazing staff, very friendly and They always are very helpful. I'm not in there more than 5-10 minute's before they fill my refill. This is by far the best pharmacy I've been too & non-judgemental since I moved here 8 years ago.

According to my insurance company, this is a pharmacy I am covered for. Somehow, Charlotte Pharmacy cannot explain exactly why I am not covered when I tried to use their service. I am given mixed information, first that my order will be transferred to another pharmacy by the pharmacist and pharmacy tech, then they say this actually cannot be done because it is a controlled substance, without giving me the heads up after promising to do this process shouldn't you know by now that you cannot transfer a controlled substance order as a professional with a doctorate degree on the topic?. I call my insurance company to confirm who I am covered with to not be transferred again to a place I am not covered. My insurance company says they will call Charlotte Pharmacy to see what is going on, because I am indeed supposed to be covered by them and should not have to go through the hassle of having to transfer orders again. Charlotte Pharmacy does not give an answer to insurance company either, say to call back on Monday and hung up on the insurance company. Lack of clear information and professionalism. Funniest part of all, my stepdad uses this pharmacy who I am on the same plan with, and that is why I came here. HE IS COVERED, somehow I am not, and I still don't know why. I have a great insurance plan, so it is not my insurance's fault either.

Definitely the best pharmacy around! Always very nice, extremely helpful, and very prompt with prescription refills...I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 5 minutes over the past 5 years! Thank you for such a great job!

Have been going here, for over 5 yrs. They are very through, In explaining my medications. you are in and out in 15 minutes, with refills. I went to all the rest, just to wait hours or come back. Tried the rest, so go to the Best.

They are fraudulent! They will take your money and tell you they do not accept your insurance but it is a lie. I found out that they are in my network and that they fraudulently charged me. I reported them. Thieves! Filthy and disgusting place too. Just like the fake people that work there. Sick

After watching time and time again certain pharmacies in this area say that there's no Oxycontin of medications for insurance but yet they're able to sell them to cash customers only am I saying that Charlotte Pharmacy does that why would I say something like that but if you are probably smart you might look into it

Only pharmacy I'll use!! They are super fast like 5 minute wait to get script filled They also go out of their way to work with you and get you the best price possible!!
