Great running store, they have the best brands on hand. They let you test drive the shoes outside before purchasing. Staff is knowledgeable, and are willing to call other stores and get your size if needed. Definitely give them a shot if you want to start running, or are an avid runner and just need grab a new pair of shoes.
First time visiting. Brittany was super helpful in evaluating and recommending several shoes for my size and gait. She was very patient and offered insights into the brands. Ultimately, I found a great fitting pair of shoes. I am looking forward to many great runs in them!!
Great place for running shoes. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We have been in the store a few times and they are very friendly. Great inventory of running shoes as well. They didn’t have the color of Hoka’s that I wanted but they were able to order them for me no problem. Definitely check them out!
Had a great experience at Charlotte running Northlake. My 16 year old has just taken up running, and on the advice of some friends we ventured to Charlotte Running Company. The store was about an hour from closing when we arrived, but the time spent throughly explaining options, and why those options were best , wouldn’t have reflected they were nearing closing time. This is a store with the newest in shoes, but the level of service feels like an old school, customer first store. We will certainly be back. Thank you for helping newbies learn.
Awesome service and they had the exact pair of running shoe I’ve been searching for. The best part was unlike some running stores I’ve been to in the past, they were not pushy! I’ve run 2 marathons, competed in 15 triathlons and done countless 5Ks, 10ks and multiple half marathons. I knew what I wanted and they provided it. On the other hand, there were other customers who needed more assistance and the sales associates were going above and beyond to provide them with the right shoe for them.
Charlotte Running Company did a pop up at the Burn Boot Camp I go to and it was such a great experience to be able to try the shoes during one of my workouts, before i bought them. I later went and got the gait analysis done on site at the store and had a pleasant experience working with the girl at the store! There was a shipping delay on the shoes, but the store kept me up to date on the status and was super friendly and kind! I will definitely go back again the next time I need more shoes! I would highly recommend.
Dominic was a great sales person. He spent quite a bit of time with me and seemed quite knowledgeable about the brooks products I was inquiring about. Wish they had more of a selection of the oofos but store space was limited. I will shop here again!
I’m running my first half marathon in a few months and have never been fitted for a running shoe and knew virtually nothing about what I personally needed. Brittany helped me IMMENSELY. She assisted me in trying on way too many shoes she’s the best and was more than willing to help me find the best shoe the whole time. I really felt like she cared about my feet and that makes me happy. Will definitely come back for any running/shoe needs! On top of that, she gave me advice for my upcoming race and was a genuinely nice person!
So I came in today looking for running sneakers because I have shin splints and Brittany was amazing. Immediately when I came in she greeted me and she was right on it. I did the gait analysis and she was able to determine what type of shoe I needed. She brought out all types of shoes and the first shoe she came out with immediately fit comfortably. She really knew her stuff and I’m happy I Came in today. My Feet Feel at ease now. I definitely recommend this place for anyone whose looking for running sneakers.
Brittany was phenomenal to work with I am new to running and hav never been fitted for a shoe. She was attentive and patient and very knowledgeable on the different shoe types. I will definitely be shopping here again!
