Typically do shop here but I will no longer. To wear an item and blatantly return it no receipt or anything is obviously an issue. To not be able to return an item that was never worn, had tags and a receipt but turned away because the tags on the pants are unattached is absurd. I wanted to do a simple exchange and purchase more items but they are not worth it. Now if it were stapled of my own doing that would’ve been a problem too. Horrible policy. Not worth. You can not keep customers like that. A simple exchange with an unworn item should not be that difficult.
The worst experience I’ve ever had was here! I decided to stay for the weekend in Stamford…I came to this store and got the worst hospitality from so-called the manager her name is Cheyenne !she was Extremely rude. Owners need to re-evaluate Who they put as manager.
Went into this store and there were multiple people working and not one greeted me. You would think people would be happy to see customers after the year we’ve had. After I did some looking around and going to check out come to find out the manager Anita was one of the people who ignored me as well. You would expect that from the associates but a leader ugh horrible I will never go back to this location.
I love this store, and I was so happy that you reopen it in Stamford. Unfortunately, when I came January 18 staff was very rude. Customers are always right, and if they did not see a price you should help instead of saying " squeeze your eyes to see the price ".
I love this store! I always find something in here. I always get great deals and the girls that works here are very helpful and knowledgeable! Great place to get the lastest trends!
I used to love this place because of the good service, also the clothes, shoes and prices. Today I went after they close and the service was very poor. I was so disappointed.I wanted to try some clothes I asked for help because the fitting room is always close, so they have to open it. They told me to wait a second but I ended it up waiting for more than one second, tthey saw me that I was there waiting for them, they don’t care and they kept talking and laughing as they didn’t have any costumers, even that I asked for help, so I walked away . Then even that I told her nobody went to help me. She didn’t even offer help again or something, or said at least and “I’m sorry ” I think that was so rude and so unprofessional for such a great place like this. Not just clothes and shoes make a place but costumer service play a very important roll in a great company like a Charlotte Russe.
Horrible experience at this store. I should have reported them to the BBB. Terrible customer service!
Store is great with good choice of clothes, but I visited it with my wife after re-opening, on 1.18.20 and staff was VERY rude! With no reason! Never want to go there again
