This is regarding the incident happened with me in charlotte russe store located at Pheasant Lane Mall 310 Daniel Webster Hwy w253, Nashua, NH 03060. I got a promotional email from charlotte russe for the offers going on at the store. I visited the Charlotte russe store along with my wife at Pheasant Lane Mall at 8PM EST 5th may 2023 and saw some good offers as “Buy 1, Get 1 for $1”. I purchased the things I needed and paid the bill. After reviewing the Bill, I noticed that I did not receive any promotional offer discount which I was supposed to. When I talked to the employee at the billing counter, she admitted the mistake . I asked her to return the discount amount back to my credit card. She told me “That is not the store policy” and she can only give me the coupons as store credit, I was unaware of the policy as it was not stated clearlynot anywhere in the store beforehand. When I told her that I wasn’t aware of this policy and requested the manager to return the discount amount to the bank account instead of store credit, the manager literally tried to shush us off, was behaving racist and used vulgar language. We felt “offended” and disgusted by her act. We were about to call 911 but did not as the employees appeared to be teenagers. I will never recommend charlotte russe to anyone ever again until some strict actions are taken against such kind of behavior. I wish there was a way to give the negative rating ..
This is the most disgusting store ever, the worst customer service rudest people ever , they literally shushed us out. They were racist, and used vulgar language towards us. I wish I could call 911 and inform them about it. I feel that charolette russe should give their employees some kind of training to their employees of how to be helpful. They are not clear on their store policies either, I literally would never recommend this store ever.
I was body shamed in this establishment. When I asked what sizes they had in store, the associate looked me up and down and said “we don’t go bigger than a large.” My friend and I had tried to call the store to discuss with a manager what happened, but it felt extremely brushed off and not taken seriously, as if WE were the inconvenience. Safe to say, I will never step in a CR again. I didn’t know we were talking to clients like this in 2023. I’d hate to hear what they say about anyone who resembles plus-sized behind their backs.
Horrible customer service, employee was the only one working for three straight days and was angry at the boss and the employer and said that we should be thankful that she opened the store. I didn't appreciate that, if the owner is unable to get more employees, think about closing the store.
I bought a kimono-styled cardigan on clearance from here for about $10! I love their amazing clearance selection! I believe that the Charlotte Russe stores in my home state of California went out of business, so when I am visiting my relatives in New Hampshire, I will definitely go here again!
i lost my bag in this store and the employees were very unhelpful and rude with the situation. i am guessing because it was probably taken by them
Wife and her sister went in yesterday, I was honestly shocked at the lack of customer service. They were looking at jeans and 2 yes 2 employees came up to them and immediately said without a greeting or offer to help:"What are you looking for? All of our Jeans are on the top." As if suggesting that my wife's sister wasn't aware of where the jeans were and wanted to look for other items on the bottom. My wife's sister proceeded to say "I'm just trying to find a pair in my size". After saying what size her sister was they looked at the pile of jeans for a solid 5 seconds, and then said "oh we don't have it". Like I'm a millennial, and have worked my share of retail, lets review the basic **s points of good service they've missed in less than 1 minute: -Immediately crowded a customer with 2 employees -Did not greet the customer -Did not offer to help the customer -Did not give an honest look for the item the customer wanted -Clearly gave an impression they wanted the customer out of the store as soon as possible
Place is alright. Everytime I go into there there's clothes on the floor and it's kinda a mess. Also, the clothes are always the same style despite the season. However, there are always good deals going on in store and the prices are even better online.
Charlotte Russe is full of awesome options for girls with plenty of different styles. They have lots of nice stuff in clearance racks for very cheap prices. The shoes they have are amazing and are alo sold for cheap prices but are great quality. Will definitley be coming again.
I live the prices but I'm more on the plus size 14/16 and they only go to sz 15 jr's and xl ur xl is difficult to find
