My granddaughter and I were looking for skirts for her to start school with. The associate here, Jayleen stopped what she was doing and took us all the way to the back of the store to find what we were looking for. She could have just told us to check the back. As of December 2021, the fitting rooms are closed and the workers aren’t sure when they will reopen them. Unfortunately this means that you won’t know how clothing fits until you get home. There return policy is strict- no refunds but you can exchange or get a store credit with receipt if you return within 14 days. I purchased a body suit here but when I tried it on at home I realized that it was sewn incorrectly. I was able to exchange it but they ran out of the color and size I needed. This is a great place to buy cheap clothes for going out and clubbing. Unfortunately the price reflects the quality so after one wear/wash they won’t last very long. One of the workers I spoke to was friendly and helpful but the other one who was standing next to her behaved strangely and wouldn’t help me with my exchange.
When I lived in Costa Mesa I used to shop at the Charlotte Russe in South Coast Plaza and I loved it. I bought most of my clothes there and they were not only stylish but were also well made. I wasn't aware that there was a store here in the mall so will have to check it out unless it was removed like most of the other ones.
Employees rude. How sad how people try to make your day go bad I always shop here but this will be the last time.
Came in just to see if they had a dress I had seen online made line to insure I was going to be help got to the cashier Sonia and said she would help me as soon as she help the person behind me if I could please move aside waited for her to finish with customer when I see she helps another person that was waiting in line, I’m thinking she was calling for help, but when her help comes she also ask me to please move aside So she could help the next person could not believe this, Such a poor management, I honestly do not recommend this store bad bad customer service people don’t waste your time

horrible music was deafening techno crap ~! nobody wanted to turn it down. how can anybody think to shop! manger dressed like a slob and rude ! OWNERS NEED TO BE NOTIFIED
The staff could be friendlier. I have a hard time finding medium clothes there
good place but it didnt have my size most the time
love this place when they have extra large clothing
