Charlotte's Bakery was founded in 2001 by award-winning executive/pastry chef Paul Ruegner, and named affectionately after his late mother, a German immigrant with a gift for baking fine breads and pastries.
Charlotte's Bakery is a small family-owned operation nestled beneath the Wasatch Mountains in Salt Lake City. Our commitment is to old-world quality and value, applied to gluten-free products for people suffering from celiac disease and bread lovers who want something delicious and different. We have family members and friends who are gluten intolerant, and that motivated us to develop a product they can enjoy.
