Charm's Return Policy
We will accept returns for store credit or exchanges only. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, have sales receipt, merchandise must have original tags still on it and be unworn and undamaged. Any merchandise with stains, make-up or visible damage will not be accepted for a return.
If you are returning an item that was shipped to you, please contact Charm by phone or email to let us know about the return. You are responsible for the shipping charge to return the item to Charm. You will then receive store credit once the merchandise has been accepted without any damage.
ALL SALES FINAL on jewelry and marked down merchandise. These are NOT returnable.
This policy is stated at the bottom of each sales receipt.
We will hold an item for 24 hours only. If you don't come for your item(s), they will be returned to the boutique floor.
