Best experience ever, all the staff was so friendly and helpful. I will be making Lee Ann’s my home jewelry store for anything and everything from watch batteries to beautiful jewelry of every kind. They were so sweet to let me know about up coming sales and getting the most for your money and they will make a wish list for your sweetheart to know what your heart desires. Love love them!!
I went today to look over some jewelry that was part of their construction sale. I had the NICEST sale's associate help me with picking out a new ring. She was incredibly patient and genuinely interested in helping me. She helped me size my finger, calculated multiple prices for different items on sale, and cleaned my existing wedding band for me. I was able to find the perfect ring for me thanks to her. 1000000/10 recommend
LeeAnn’s is 5 stars all the way. Let’s face it, fine jewelry is pricey! I was able to find interchangeable inserts for my Caerleon ring at half price which was terrific because they are expensive! I am always happy with my purchases. I hope they continue to offer theses bargains so I can continue to purchase!
I have been a customer with Lee Ann when she was working at Sheppards. I followed her to Lee Ann’s Fine Jewelry and have been a customer since. Even though my family moved from Arkansas 13 years ago, I still purchase all my jewelry with Lee Ann’s Fine Jewelry. If I need something repaired, they take care of it in a timely manner. Rachel and Lee Ann have always gone above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I want. The customer service is impeccable. Jennifer and Suzanne are also exceptional! Between the 4 of them I have always been extremely happy. They all know my style and pieces I would like. If you want a personable and professional jeweler, do not hesitate to contact Rachel, Jennifer, and Suzanne! I am a customer for life!
My experience at Lee Ann's was great, friendly and helpful. Had a fun and exciting time with finding different shade of pearls. Every time we found a different color the staff acted like we just found a treasure, especially my 7yr.old grandaughter and even my daughter. In a way really did. Thank you Lee Ann for a fun day.

Friendly staff many choices to choose from great line of bracelets and diamonds, my favorite everyone is eager to help and answer any questions you may have love this place I know all the ladies and I usually work with Jennifer. She’s great of course they all are.
