Highly recommended over going to a dealer. I had a replacement F150 remote key made and programmed. Service was great and the entire process of ordering and reprogramming was fast.
Purchased an over-the-doorknob lock from them. Paid $91.00 as I needed one in a pinch at the time. Looked on Amazon, noticed the exact same lock sold for $21 as I had to buy duplicates. Charms markup is practically 4 times the going rate. Bad service, gave me a hard time too...Greedy salesclerk spoke to me in a curt and rude tone of voice after I paid and was leaving....Won't be back, don't waste your time and money ...

Fixed my key fob they are the best
Always my go to place for having keys made. Fast, friendly service. Usually they can make ANY key even hard to find/make keys. On this visit they couldn't make one of my keys. I'm not sure but I think they just didn't have the correct size blank currently in stock or maybe he was new employee. I'll try to get that particular key made again on my next visit.
Great local small business, employees are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They have a very wide variety of products and give very helpful suggestions, as well as problem analysis. All around a superior choice, for positive customer satisfaction. I very strongly recommend doing business with Charm's Security Hardware.
These guys are great , they make you feel like part of the family, prices are fair and they are as honest and knowledgeable about everything relating to keys or locks ...i will never go anywhere else for all my locksmith needs! These guys know what they are doing. Always very helpful. Will answer questions about locks,keys and safes even if you don't buy something that day. They are glad to help. This is customer service you won't get at the big box stores or the internet and they don't sell junk . I travel 10 miles just to get 1 key cut they always work when you get home
Absolutely customer service oriented. Knowledgeable, friendly & curteous. Professional and pleasant! Can't say too many great things about this place!! A+ quality! They have an awesome availability of products to show you and the knowledge to give you exactly what you are looking for. Will return again for all my needs!
