Charritos Restaurant

We went to celebrate a birthday and the place is amazing for that! The view of Manhattan is impressive, the decoration of the place is great! But the hostess at the entrance lacked a lot of touch, she was very impolite, we needed to use the ramp and said no. Our waitress needed to help us with the stairs. And I do need to applaud her service she was amazing and made our night extra special.

First time at charritos and i must say it was a nice experience. The view from the outside was so beautiful and relaxing. The chicken fajitas were pretty good and the pina colada on the rocks was so yummy and refreshing on a hot day. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back again.Food: 4/5

Very well decorated restaurant with fantastic views of the New York skyline. Staff was super helpful and took care of our special requests. Dog friendly too. Enchiladas are recommended. So is the margarita.

The food was amazing, I especially love the view that you get while eating outdoors looking towards Manhattan. The tacos was good I almost bit my tongue off and my girl had them sing happy birthday for me which was a very special momentFood: 5/5

Nice Mexican and very busy restaurant, food is delicious and tasty. Try their guacamole dish they prepare guacamole live in front of you using avocado and other spices as per your taste. Service is little slow but I can understand its busy restaurant they take little more time to serve. Nice and simple ambience, beautiful Manhattan view. Only issue is with parking they have very limited valet parking with some charges check in photo atached if you are planning to come you can try to find roadside parking .

Fantastic and authentic Mexican food and delicious margaritas! Prices are reasonable, service is friendly, restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, with beautiful views of the Weehawken area from the restaurant. Highly recommended!Food: 5/5

Overall, it was ok experience. I just live downstairs so I walked up the stairs to visit them during one rainy night. I entered from the backdoor and the lady didn't like that. She thought I was Hispanic but I wasn't. A waitress greeted me and she walked me to my table. The overall ambience was ok, it was noisy and a little bit loud. A waiter came and told me that vegetarian options are there but they are not listed in the menu. So, I have gone with their recommendations and ordered Vegetarian enchiladas. The food came in 10-15 minutes. It had broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, zucchini and onions. But I didn't like the green sauce there, it was a bit tangy and felt a little stale - not freshly made. The view of Manhattan was blocked by another couple and clouds in the sky. We have a better view from our roof deck. Overall a pricey experience. I don't think food tasted worth the price. But I also understand that the rent might be high and so to keep up with that their price is on the higher end
