Yes, "Danger" Is my professional gamer tag. In retrospect, I probably should have changed emails prior to adding my "review." Bottom line is, I should have explained the basis of my review but really was not interested in spreading negativity publicly, although very easy to prove with documentation, and would prefer to discuss some of these issues privately. My review was based on eight months of observation. With this being said, I am optimistically hoping the possibility that you, the owner, just might be ignorant to the activities at this property. If this is the case, check into the "Manager/gardner" And I use this title loosely. Out of respect for the possibility of ignorance, I will leave it up to you, to decide to contact me directly.
Management are fake...they illegally evict people and are racists...
Trash everywhere! Dumpster always full. Yet got to pay $40 for trash! The homeless are in & out. Horrible manager skills. Rent gets raised, yet no improvements! Any questions, just ask me!
It is closed down … the sewer is flowing out above the ground… ever since Mary-Joe left the park has gone down hill…
Great place to get some peace and quiet... Landlord has a community garden and spends hundreds on flowers to keep the grounds beautiful year around ... 4th of July the park has a fireworks show for the residents... It is a close knit community in of itself...
It's quiet and clean the trailer rentals are clean and the manager is nice and knows how to do her job plus more she takes money outta her own pocket to help fix up the trailers people moved out of and left a mess she is awesome!!
Tenants are all very nice and we all look after one another. There is a problem with dust. This is a big problem for everyone. The cars take a dusting lol.
Nice friendly place,maintenance guy got it looking alot better.
