I opened an account here about 2 or 3 months ago and my experience has been amazing. Specially Maria, whom I've dealt with in more than one occasion. They are ALL so respectful and courteous.  Very service oriented.  I'd rather wait in line at their drive up window for the GREAT SERVICE they provide.

Maria was horrible and refused service. No manager was on site! Would not do a wire through the drive thru but yet made we wait 15 minutes in a line because they would not open the front door on a working day. Very lazy support!

I had a great experience. I went there to open up a bank account. Everyone there was so attentive, accommodating, and they worked with me to provide me with the best service I can get. I have not had any issues with the drive thru.

There atm keeps eating my money the first time I got my money back now they don't want too, because the atm restarted while I was depositing my money and I have no proof of this cuz like I said the atm restarted without warning. Why would a atm restart at 5 on a Saturday why not late at night?

I feel like this bank is racist there are a lot of Hispanics that work there I deposited a check that's was made out in my name I guess the check was to big of an amount because I drive trucks but this was my first check from my job and this was a new account fairly 2 weeks So they just mailed the check out on today in which sets me back another week   I will definitely be closing this account

Cynthia Arellano was rude and disrespectful. She need to learn customer service.

This bank needs SERIOUS help with the drive thru Always have to wait such long periods of time like now 20 minutes and the car in front is barely being helped let alone the inside is packed and they only have one person who does both

Horrible customer service. They seem to not know what they’re doing and always in a rush. If I could I would leave no stars. Worst bank

This has to be the slowest drive thru I've ever experienced
