Chase Bank, Eagle Rock

I am a new customer, and I just went to this location to inquire about a business account for a new business, that’s accepting donations for scholarships, and my initial response upon walking in the door was offputting. I will not return to this location . When I was able to make contact with someone who was a “relationship” accounts person, they gave me the once over, as if that would determine the quality or kind of customer that I am, and then immediately put me off to say that they were helping someone else rather than ask what I needed. Dear Adam, I represent people who are interested in donating to colleges, monks who are traveling to that states, and local students who are low income, receiving donations from other people who will be able to take my and other people’s classes in the area to fulfill their education. I’m sorry that I didn’t fit your standard of what you think a valuable customer looks like, but based upon this initial interaction, you’re a terrible relationship manager, and I will not be returning to the bank, or this location. Thank you.

Not a review of the branch, but the bank as an institution. Being asked to interact with an advertisement shilling for a mortgage before dispensing my cash is just one more example of marketing over-reach. I realize all banks are somewhat equally terrible, with their fees and near negative interest rates, but the latest step in the long march of deterioration of the experience is too much. Chase is winning at sucking, with the only inevitable outcome being lost customers to a cash economy.

I called more than five times to make an appointment to open an account with no answer and when I went there they tell me I need to call to make an appointment. They we’re also very rude, seemingly doing nothing and still couldn’t take my business. I would not recommend this branch at all

I went to Chase Los Felix, worst customer service. Told me all customer representative are busy. I have called three chase branches no answer. Direct me to call 800# and only person that answer is Alex at Chase on colorado Blvd , eagle rock. He has been nice and cordial to help close my account. Thanks.

ATM's outside are busted on occasion, but they installed indoor ones, which make up for it. People aren't lying when they say the staff is helpful. It's on the corner of Eagle Rock Blvd and Colorado Blvd, which is a short drive from a few good eats. All in all, pretty decent bank. I like it here.

On August 17, 2019. Lusine arzumanyan , I signed in on the client register put my name on the list and you failed to acknowledge my presence or address me. There were no other clients before me yet u refused to help me in addition when another customer walked i with no set appointment you winked at him and said oh hi you called. I am a business owner and a proffessional therefore this type of disrespect will not be tolerated.

I'd like to acknowledge Lusine, a banker at this branch, for what I can only describe as Top Customer Service: friendly, interested, and fast. She is knowledgeable and has a caring attitude.

They really do their best in this Chase, and they really improved from pass days. Good service, kind people, and comfortable environment. It is good enough for me to keep coming back here.

Good amount of ATM. There's some inside also. Great place to get new bills traveling. Fast friendly staff. Good amount of parking, easy to get in and out.
