Chase Bank-Green Acres Mall

Recently my club partners' and I entered Chase Bank to open a business account. We received professional, personal and courteous service from one Ms. Ana Hernandez. While we did not qualify for the account, it was heartfelt to observe professionalism in action. Ms. Hernandez did not realize it but one of my partners' recently loss her sister and was not herself. Ms. Hernandez was very patient. The patience and support Ms. Hernandez offered was over and beyond what was required. My club partner and I work and tutor students of all ages and backgrounds who we try to teach what Ms. Hernandez did so naturally! THANK YOU! Yvonne Daniels

Wost service ever. They don't train Their people. Always a 20 to 30 wait Everytime I go even when no one there. Short staff no managers ever around. Just the worst chase that u could go to in the Queens/long island area go somewhere else not here!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! TELLERS ARE NOT TRAINED AND THE BRANCH MANAGER Daytwan IS THE MOST INCOMPETENT "MANAGER" I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THEIR TELLERS Jennifer PROCESS THINGS WRONG AND BLAME THE CUSTOMERS!! PLEASE DON'T PUT YOUR MONEY HERE. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT AND SPEAKING TO THE HIGHER UPS!!!

I have to say this is the worst chase bank ever people are super slow dont know what they are doing and they go threw employees like crazy no one stays poor management everyone got their own rules

HORRIBLE service. I've been trying for days to resolve an issue and can't get anyone to return my calls and emails. I've decided to close my accounts and move them to a bank that actually cares about its customers.

Unfortunately, incompetence is a pre-requisite to work at this branch. Your time will be wasted and your issue will not be resolved.

The staff great you with the intent to see that your needs are being met & I always get top notch service from Jennifer Caccavale & Irene Morciglio, you ladies are the best...

Very very very slow waiting an hour just to get something notarized. Very low on staffing only one teller available. This chase needs to hire more people

Worst service I have to go to safe deposit they always have one agent wait for 2 hours for 5 min work thanks chase keep it up

So far great experience here .Been here couple of times & customer service is great here.Full with staff.
