I would give this chase branch 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I had read the reviews before I went there because it sounds like most people have a terrible experience there. I went in today to open 4 new accounts and was met by the rudest person- Brian Shelton. He does not deserve your business. He was unfriendly, disrespectful and did not seem to take me seriously at all. It baffles me that they hired such a person to work in a customer service role. I had to make a compliant and immediately left the branch without opening any accounts. I then called the branch in Lecuadia and they informed me that apparently they always get compliants about that branch. You’re much better off going somewhere else.
Website directs me to go to a branch to sign documents. This branch won't schedule a meeting for me and they don't accept walk-ins. I walked in twice to sign documents and turned away both times by a rude manager that lied to me - teller told me bankers were on lunch, manager told me they were busy in meetings. This branch doesn't even show up on chase website to schedule a meeting. Now, I have to go across town to close my account, and then come back to this branch to empty my stuff from my safety deposit box. Unbelievable.
Seriously the laziest bunch of people work here. The employees do not want to do any work at all. I go to this branch because it is the closest one to my house. I will just drive 5 extra minutes to get better service.
From the teller, the personal banker to Eric the assistant branch manager, everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. We had an issue with my daughter account and everyone involved did everything they could to solve and fix the problem. Thank you.
I'm not sure why everyone is hating on this Chase, as a bank I'm sure nationally they aren't this bad. So I pulled into the parking lot which is a little funky, totally hidden in plants, trees, bushes and it's a bit confusing on the drive through. 3 lanes, 2 for deposit and 1 for atm. I've never seen any bank need that many deposits. Even the numerous small business don't make that many deposits, but I regress the tellers were ok, the service ok, and the location mediocre. I'd give it 3 because I like the bank as a whole. Not enough to knock it down to 2 stars.
I'll deposit my money elsewhere. The branch manager is incompetent. No attempt to actually solve anything. It felt like the DMV. Go Chase?
Policy or not, I'm a long standing "private client" customer who can't seem to get a notary performed due to the papers being for another bank. No worries. I'll deposit my money elsewhere. Visit 7/16 @910am.
Friendly, familiar faces and a warm fuzzy feeling every time I venture into this chase branch. Prompt assistance with all my needs and great attitude all around. I've banked else where with other banks, this is by far the best.
This is one of the worst Banks in America... They have fraudulent activity and they say they're policy is to not report fraudulent activity.. how can that be? If fraud is done to the bank's customers and they know it.. doesn't it make sense that they should report fraud to the police department
Parking can be a bit challenging, it's usually busy and they aren't super fast nor friendly. But, it is convenient with the drive through banking and cheque deposit at the ATM. Though there's only one ATM.
