Chase Bank

Never answer the phone. They have all those drive thru lanes that are never used. And the one single drive up ATM is always down. Why not get another drive up ATM or Install a walk up. Can't get cash a good percentage of the time due to the ATM being down. Not good at answering questions in general and overall rude 90% of the time

If only I could give this location a lower score I would. No drive through service. Can’t reach anyone at this location on the phone for questions, you only get to leave a message. The ATM is broken usually once a month. Couldn’t get cash to purchase a vehicle from a private owner this weekend due to the ATM being down yet again. Attitude from the clerks when taking wrapped change in for deposit and one tube accidentally had broke open. I’ll be changing banks Monday.

Their ability to work with long standing customers sucks at best. They do nothing but find ways to make payments difficult and expensive. As if this isn't enough their personnel are ignorant, rude, and can't punch in the simplest numbers.

ATM next to never works. Half the time it can't print receipts. And all of their drive thru lanes are never open.... so you're forced to go inside.

Poor customer service. The staff doesn't care about customers and when in line waiting for a teller there are always 2-3 bank staff just standing there and talking. Im sure one of those people could help customets out. Terrible!

If they would answer the phone that would be great. Because when I sit in the parking lot and call them it says they are busy with other clients, but when I walk into the bank they are standing around. Makes a lot of sense.

The Saturday Night Live crew should consider this " bank" for a humorous skit. Shame on the Chase Bank corporate office for permitting employee bad behavior to continue.

These people thrive on overdraft fees. If your payment is going to be moved, bet your butt it’s when your gonna owe them $. Greed, money and power, just like most banks

The only bank in town that does not have functional drive up service. You must risk going in if you need to do an in person transaction.

They take the drive thru out and for the last month the ATM is always out of service and they have yet to fix it.
