Chase Bank

Friendly staff, quick service and knowledgeable employees, knew exactly what I was looking for. And for a coin collector, that doesn't happen too often. Great staff clean facility!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Teller with medium length brown hair and the older gray haired teller are always rude. My handicap uncle had a account there, checks were in my name for him. Basically they treated me terrible and even lied I had to get a paper from Social security so I could send money he owed back and I was getting billed for. They would not give it to me . And now the bill has hit my credit. Don't know what they did with money . But I would Never trust that bank with my money. Terrible . Mean tellers, not helpful at all just RUDE.

Went to deposit a check after work, somehow they withdrew $200.00 from my account inside the bank when I only made a withdrawal from the atm luckily it shows up atm withdraw on the app and only says withdraw when it’s withdrawn inside. I would recommend staying away from the Xenia bank after a couple arguments they counted the drawer they said and finally acknowledged they were in the wrong I almost had to make a police report. Beware.

I visit this branch a few times a month, and I haven't ever had to wait more than a few minutes. Most of the time, there is no wait at all. The tellers are very friendly and polite, and the manager has helped me directly a few times. Makes me glad that I bank with Chase!

Waited for 30 minutes to get a paper notarized by a banker, and a couple came in after us. The banker a dark haired heavyset woman knew the other couple, and proceeded to wait on them before us. When I politely asked her if she realized that we were waiting before them, she very nastily said that she was aware. The person I was with banks there, but has another account elsewhere so we went there. Thank God I don't bank there. She was HORRIBLE.

Worst bank ever put in Xenia. My wife and I went there to cash a chase bank check and was a hassle the whole time and they never even cashed the check that one of their customers which is a business wrote. Waited over a half hour for a lady to come back from lunch because they did not have the money. The lady came back and instead of telling us she could not cash it she got her manager to come over to tell us.

Always slow in drive through! only 1 teller. For a bank that charges their customers the most, you would think they would have better customer service.

It would be nice if they honor the hours posted online and the door of the building. This bank is horrible

I have always had good service here. They are very quick and professional.
