Chase Bank

The investment banker at this branch was unreliable, uncommunicative and unprofessional in his inadequate handling of what was a simple liquidation of funds. Shouldn’t take over a week to do or to communicate that he wasn’t skilled enough to do it.

Unfortunately this bank has a very poor customer service long time ago the personnel used to ask the costumer how can I help you or something similar now everyone is just on the phone pretending you are not there and on top of that treating you like you are some kind of annoying individual asking for a favor or something like that . I saw the person that supposed to help me out doing nothing for 45 minutes then I dare to asked if she was going to help me out she got mad and treat me with such an attitude at the end she refused to help me. I really want to give chase the business but after this experience I’ll look for other bank I don’t want to be afraid to come to deal with this unprofessional people. It really sad it used to be a great bank

My banker Phil is so real and down to earth! He's absolutely the best banker I have ever dealt with. I get awesome service at this branch, where other branches I've had issues with. The bank manager always has a smile when you walk in. I would definitely recommend Chase to do your banking and this branch in particular! Five stars!

Everyone who works here are always friendly and professional. They care about every customer and make sure their experience is satisfactory. Usually never a wait, especially for the teller. Amazing service as always!

Bring back Phil H! I have no idea if anyone is assigned to my accounts now since PH left. He was the best, most helpful, and called 2-3 times a year just to check in.

This Chase is honestly the worst one I've been to. The attendants are always in a bad mood and always rude specifically and older gentlemen and a older woman. How in the world do you get upset when someone goes in for some change and cant even spare a box or bag? You go down to the one on wantagh ave and they're always friendly never have problems with them. Can you explain to me why I cant deposit a check at this location but I can do it through my phone? That makes 0 sense to me. I wouldn't recommend this place at all especially if you dont want to be treated in a rude manner.

This bank often has 1 teller in this one window bank for both inside and out as has happened many times in the past someone was too lazy to go inside for customer service so i'm there for 10 minutes. I go inside I'm telling a woman that they should direct customer service inside and conduct teller service at the window and teller. At this time a "Thug" with a heavy accent named Luis Lozano starts oppressing me. I told him "This is America I will speak my mind anytime I please" He suggested I leave the bank. I told him maybe I should move my money elsewhere. He said that would be fine. He was a very rude and oppressive person. That bank has 1 teller often and 8 customer service people doing nothing. It's always empty. I have taken a lot of money from this bank because of their policies, they never give you any interest and yet they lend your money @ 28%. I'm sure I'm not the only one that Luis Lozano has offended. I was going to move my money to join this checking account since it is near my house. Thank you for reminding me Luis Lozano, I'm sure he is rude to a lot of people. They lost the 75k they would make from me this year. This bank would be well advised to dismiss this man and it's poor policies.
