Great bank, very helpful staff. I had an issue with check and banker Jared handled it very fast and effective, so I got money deposited same day. Branch manager Chris went beyond my initial request and offered me help with name change on the account. All staff were friendly and professional. Thank you Chris and Jared for great customer experience and your immediate assistance, 5 stars. Chase Staff from Mentor Mall should take training from you on how to work with customers.
Tellers are very friendly however 9/10 times I go the drive thru atm is broken, and about 8/10 times the inside atm is also BROKEN only chase bank in my area and I can never seem to come on a day it’s working:
Brand new location, after merging two existing branches. It looks modern, and tellers are friendly. They seem to have gotten rid of the drive thru. I can see a teller window, but no drawer.
Why would they take away drive through if they have all the things needed for it. So now I have to pull my 1 and 4 year old out of the car. Not very family friendly.
I have continuous problems with Chase. The worst part is I can’t even get a real person to answer a phone. There is no decent customer service at all. In an emergency, there is nobody who will answer a phone call at their Main branch. I’ve been given information that is legally not correct. They would not identify me on my landline phone, because I did not have a cell phone they could send a text to. They had NO OTHER WAY TO IDENTIFY ME. THEY REFUSED TO IDENTIFY ME IN ANY OTHER WAY AS OTHER BIG BUSINESSES DO BY USING MY EMAIL OR SOMETHING ELSE. This is inexcusable! I have $175,000 invested with Chase & they still charged me $25 fee each month. This is not close to being acceptable in any way. Not in customer service and nor in policy. Then they simply do not answer their phones. Run fast away from such a poor excuse for a bank. I am left with no debit card, they restricted it & now no one to bother to answer my horrific situation. Thanksgiving is 2 days away……I have no cash & am going on vacation next week. I am old, disabled & cannot even talk to a Chase bank employee!
What a disappointment! This branch is one of the new, redesigned branches. First, the Brinks truck impeded traffic flow to about half the parking lot. Alright, my timing was poor. The real issue cropped up when I expressed disappointment with the revamping of their area branches, including having to travel further to obtain similar service as before. Very politely, they told me I was wrong. They could have apologized for the added inconvenience, but no. They could have respected my opinion, but no. Three employees gathered to explain alternatives. Of course, these alternatives have existed for years already. If I had found them preferable, I probably would be using them. Duh.
My experience inside was good staff are great and within ten minutes five or six people who were there before me were quickly helped and I was up and out in just a minute or two. As for the outside of the bank I agree the location is not the best but could be improved by adding another entrance exit.
Cute branch, friendly staff. The new atms took me a minute to get used to but I can do so much on them!! And they have more then just 20s so it's great if there's a line for the tellers.
DO NOT WANT TO LISTEN TO MEDICARE ADVERTISEMENTS WHEN CALLING ON MY BANKING BUSINESS. READY TO CHANGE BANKS BECAUSE OF THIS !!
Most inconsiderate phone customer service representatives I've ever dealt with.
