Was great until... You now only have one option ATM
It wasn't busy when I visited, so I was helped right away. Although they had enough staff to help a lot of people, so I'm sure that waiting wouldn't be an issue. This is my first visit to this branch and I am pleased. The woman who helped me was efficient and nice.
I had some paperwork that needed to be processed. Previously I did something very similar at a different bank and it was painful. To my surprise I was able to meet with the right representative and was on my way in no time. Thank you Meeta.
It was a good bank, till they remodeled and I can’t break change there anymore. It’s just all ATM’s in a building, it doesn’t make sense; when there is one outside. Like I said, this was a good branch up until they moved it to all ATM’s and they can’t do anything for you besides say “Just use the ATM.”
I went in to make several deposits for two business accounts. The teller basically refused to do the deposits for me. She told me usually the atm is used for that. If I wanted to have used the atm, I wouldn’t have come inside. I wouldn’t recommend using this branch, as they obviously don’t want to help you. The branch on Beck Rd is worth the extra few miles to drive.
Went in to open a checking account, told us to go to another location so a different banker could "get credit" for opening the account. Horrible customer service
I am confused by what this is. It is a building with two atms and two live people sitting in a booth and on couch just hanging out. How is this a branch?
Not a real bank branch. It is a nice room with atm machines
A person to greet you at the door but no tellers to complete banking.
Not a regular branch. Only ATMs.
