I’ve been to this location about 3 times, and each time, Sean was awesome. He was knowledgeable about Chase’s policies and procedures. When I had questions, he immediately had the answers. Sean provides excellent customer service every time I come in. At this point, we know each other by name we’re name twins because Sean takes the time to get to know his customers while providing exceptional support. Other staff members were also friendly, but Sean stood out from the crowd. Highly recommend this location for great service.

I recently switched banks to Chase and was having an issue with my account. However, Sean helped lay my worries to rest with his amazing customer service skills! He helped me solve my problem in a quick and efficient way, all while making me feel welcome and wanted. Sean is the best teller that I have ever interacted with at any bank ever and I’m excited to come back to this branch next time!

Hats off to Jasmine for her exceptional service at Chase Bank. On her part, she went above and beyond in identifying fraudulent activity on my card even though I had only visited the bank to make some withdrawals. Of course, I was impressed with her proactive approach in helping me fight back and file disputes to potentially save me hundreds of dollars. Kudos to Jasmine and the other staff members at this location for their quick and efficient service. Altogether, I highly recommend this bank, and specifically Jasmine or Ingrid, for their excellent customer service. Henceforth, I will continue to use their services and trust their expertise for all my financial needs.

Chase has been a pleasant experience for me, thanks to Ingrid's outstanding customer service. Opening an account at this branch has become a breeze, and Ingrid always goes above and beyond to meet my banking needs. Despite being a regular at this branch, Ingrid's exceptional service has made me feel valued every time. Easily and quickly, after I referred him recently, Ingrid helped my friend set up everything, even chatting with him in Spanish to ensure he understood the terms. Both Ingrid and my friend even exchanged a quick convo about Taylor Swift, whose concert they're attending soon. Overall, Ingrid has transformed my perception of Chase. You can be sure that if I didn't think she was a perfect fit for Chase, I would hire her at my company in an instant.

I love coming to this chase location because of Jasmine. She always knows what to do and takes care of everything I need to do! She has the best customer service, you won't be disappointed. Come and see her!

I'm not sure where the good reviews are coming from...this Chase branch is terrible and has been for a while. Terrible customer service , very rude and unfriendly staff. Make sure you have about an hour to waste sitting in the drive thru and then don't expect an apology for your wait.

There is absolutely no way the Chase in McDonough off of Eagles Landing Parkway has a rating of 2.5. I live in Conyers and I will wait to go to the one in McDonough every chance I have. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE is so kind, pleasant, knowledgeable professional and most of all PERSONABLE. The ATMS are private, it gives out $1-$100 bills so I only take what I need and there is always someone to help the senior men and women who may have trouble using them. The design of the the inside is what I love as well. I don’t feel blocked in. it’s always clean and it is very rare I have to wait for service. If corporate reads this review please share this review with them so they know their efforts do not go unnoticed and is truly appreciated Please give them something!! Show your gratitude as well for AMAZING EMPLOYEES!!!

Bad Business. Chase Doesn't tell you when your account has been compromised and they will closed your account without notice I would not recommend banking with this bank.
