I've been banking with them for years and they are a good bank to be apart of. I can honestly tell you that they appreciate and value their customer base because they go out of their way to handle issues. I like the fact that I am remembered by some of the employees there that has been working there for a long time it let's me know that it's a great place to work and that they are paying attention to their customers. Over the past few years I rarely had an issue but if I did it was with a new employee which was resolved quickly. Yes I have been to the ATM at night and I feel safe.
The worst customer service, employees with no desire to work; it is time to train employees to provide good service and to teach them better how to work and look for options for the client. It happened to me that I went to open a bank account and the person who he attended me, he had no knowledge of how to process the opening of an account for a Cuban, with all the documents that I showed him they were not enough or he did not realize that what he had in his hands was what he was asking me for, in I finally wasted my time and it couldn't solve anything for me, precisely today I went to another bank, it took me half an hour on the way but it was worth it with the same documentation that I showed there I solved my problem and opened my account at Chase bank how I wanted, if they are going to go At this bank please try to avoid Michael Daise Jr, the truth is 0 out of 10, study a little more because you will never know who you are going to serve in this country that is full of people of different nationalities.
I'm disappointed that they charge $10 to cash their own check and I waited in line for 20 minutes while about multiple tellers just stood around. The only positive experience was the slim young lady with the long pretty hair on the end, she was pleasant and the knly reason its not 0 stars. Next time I'll just go to Walmart since I'll be charged anyways plus it's a lot closer to me.
There's always an issue at this location. ATMs don't work. The inside ATM is locked early. I like banking with Chase but urban areas deserve the same care and attention as suburban areas
Inside closed. Drive thru Atms are trash..one works half the time. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COST!
This chase branch in particular provides some of the worst customer service to those who seek to bank with them. I don’t know if it’s a stereotypical thing for them to deny people of certain appearances an account. The bankers hereShakia Hall in particular will lie customers out of the door it’s either lies or the bankers they’ve hired random people who have no knowledge of their establishment.
This has to be the worst bank ever. I made an appointment online regarding a home lending, I get a call a week later to confirm the appointment with the person I’m meeting with. However I was told I can still come in to speak with the guy and ask questions and get to know information about the situation. Well the next day my mother and I came at the exact time for the appointment, no one was able to greet us at the door but just standing there and to top it off after 8 mins later we were told that the person is not here due to an emergency and wasn’t there since a week or so. We were told to wait til the guy comes back and I told the lady that came to us that we weren’t told anything about it that the guy would not be here but was told we can still come in and speak with him to have all the information etc. We were also referred to a senior home lender but when I had also got a call from her , she was very dry during the conversation, she didn’t give me any information about the home lending she was very rude during the call and said I would need to update my income before getting approval for a loan. On my application and I just hung up the phone because she didn’t greet like usual customer service reps but but speaks to me like I did something to her. If you don’t want me to get approved or getting a loan just say that. If you plan on booking an appointment for anything please make sure you ask the reps if they are going to be there the next day before driving up there and wasting time being told something different.
Chase is pointless to open an account with because they lack with telling all the information. I opened a checking account last week and was able to deposit money in the account. The next day loss prevention closed the account because I didn’t get my account verified when I was at the bank the previous day. I spoke to 3 different individuals that didn’t mention anything about verifying information but it’s too late to reinstate it because the account is already closed.
I don't know where to start. Bad services and not professional at all. These tellers should be laid off until they fix their personality. They need more training. You can't ask questions with them responding with sarcasm. I don't know why even leave a rating when it won't make a difference. They don't acknowledge the complaints or issues. Word advice close you're account go elsewhere or take the drive to a better location. Service is horrible the only thing good is the building it's self. Replace these Employees here asap.
Worst bank ever. I've tried multiple occasions to try and open an account at this location. Two times they quoted me with wait times of 90 minutes or more and another time they said I'd have to come back another day. I understand that sometimes its busy, but three times. Beyond those circumstances I feel like a bank should be more polite and professional when interacting with customers. This past time I spoke with the manager about the wait time and she was combative and rude. I will never bank at this location again.
