The staff is friendly but if you have any business which cannot be conducted by ATM you should expect a lengthy wait. If you need to use the ATM's outside, one or both will always be out of service. There will likely be only one teller servicing the customers inside. This may be the worst branch Ive ever seen.
I had very good experiences at this location with Cherise Chesney Branch Manager for many times, she is always nice and helpful, she is the best :
Our experience was Amazing Lucero helped my husband and I out! Answered all out question and concerns. She was amazing, her customer service was terrific! I felt so comfortable at chase today especially being greeted so well! We need more people like Lucero!
I have had my checking account with Chase for three years now and have had not one problem with them. And their mobile app is a bonus! Love how you can keep up with your checking account, credit score, send money and etc with the app Banking with Chase is great!!!
Aldijana was not patient and was very rude about me checking my deposit slips from the time she gave me back the receipts not even 1 minute, she was yelling on the intercom for me to move my car and tried to make it seem as though my deposits were a hastle for her to handle. I wasnt going to take long and definately dont need to get back in line if there was an error I can catch at the window quickly. She needs training in customer service about being impatient .
If you value your time, money, and sanity, I would bank somewhere else. If I could rate this branch lower, I wouldn't hesitate. No matter when you go, you will wait 30 minutes for an ATM and will be extremely dissatisfied when you finally get your turn and the machine is either completely broken or not depositing or dispensing cash. Most employees are either incompetent or don't care enough about their job. I truly am not trying to be rude, but this bank has tried my patience one too many times. Expect the lobby to be completely full, a line out the door, and a teller that gets through customers slower than a sloth stuck in a vat of honey. I can't tell you how many times I have received conflicting information from different employees at this bank. It is amazing how much miscommunication can occur with so few employees. While they have ample room for many tellers and bankers, expect only 1 or 2 employees. Make sure you take PTO to give yourself enough time to take care of 1 business matter that would take another bank 3 minutes to do.
We were waited on very quickly and helped by Aldeana to get into our safety deposit box. I use the drive through bank regularly and the tellers are quick and cordial.
Kimberly Davis helped us open my daughters first checking account, a High School account, and was wonderful! Kimberly showed my daughter how to set up and use her account features, and made sure she was able to do them on her own before we left the building. She was personable, patient, and very nice to work with. I would recommend her to anyone!
Don't do business with this location, bad customer service. I went to the bank this morning, the entrance door had a note "using next drive thru door" . I went to drive thru, waiting in the line for an hour to get info from the lady at the window that they don't do wiring transfer there, I asked her so where could I do. She said in the lobby. it seems to me the lady didn't know if the note at entrance was exit, so, no apology needed for making this kind of inconvenience. I went inside showed them I was upset about what just happened, and find out they don't have customer service skills, or they don't know how to say apology or they think you need them, they don't need you.
I was dreading going to the bank this morning since I had to bring my 3 year old in with me and I was afraid of having a long wait and him causing a scene...but the trip actually ended up going very smoothly. There were several tellers in the window to assist customers, and the transaction went so quickly that I was able to get in and out before my kid went into full meltdown mode.
