Chase Bank

I've only been in a couple times, but there wasn't a huge line, staff was friendly and informative. And the gentleman who helped me to open an account was thorough, and patient. I would recommend Chase Bank to my friends and family.

They only had one person working as cashier while the line was past the door. Great customer service but really need into hiring more employees.

I just experienced the most unfriendly service I’ve ever had at a bank. I understand Covid is going on but the staff doesn’t have to be rude or unfriendly. After my poor experience I called and spoke with the manager... she actually laughed on the phone. It was very unprofessional and I will never go into that Chase branch ever!!! I’m now looking at other banks now. Just a very bad experience.

Every employee I've met here, from the customer service personnel at the walk up window to Jolene, who deals with my investment portfolio, has been very friendly and helpful. I look forward to visiting my bank!
