I went in to open a checking and savings account. Krystal was really nice, and very proficient! The process took about an hour and she helped set everything up! I look foward to banking with Chase!

I've used the Branch Managers, Tellers, the drive-thru, the ATM and the mobile app. I just used the mobile app to call for a duplicate debit card. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to get a new one card was free but for $5 I could have it here in two business days. I have enjoyed all the services & benefits I've used to date and would rated them as excellent. I have never had an issue so far and I have been dealing with the bank for many years. J P Morgan Chase in Abbeville & the team that handles the calls from the mobile app are a class act! Thank you for taking care of my business.

My wife opened a new checking account. She had issues which the manager was prepared for and helped her overcome.

Went in today to open a second checking and savings account. Crystal was too busy going take her break to help me because it could take up to 45 minutes. She turned me away. Told me I could drive all the way to Lafayette or New Iberia. I will be closing my existing account and going to Capital One.

Friendly tellers, however location is not desirable. Drive thru lane is so tight.

They fast and have lots of patient with there customers
