Had an appointment, but banker was off sick. Deanna R. asked what we were there for and even though she was busy and we didn't have an appointment with her went out of her way and completed our financial service. Thanks again appreciated it.
They make everything difficult. The managers never there and turns simple things into something complicated
I generally have a policy of not writing negative reviews. If I don't like it, I just don't go back. I am making an exception for Chase though. The staff of this branch are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. My husband and I went there on a Friday night at 4:30pm to open a savings account they close at 5pm. Keep in mind, we have had a checking account with them for over 15 years. They told us that they had no one there available to open the account and did not have the time. So, we left and came back the next day in the morning at opening and were told the same thing....by the bank manager no less. Do not waste one of your most precious commodities of time with this place. Go to the branch on Jefferson St. and ask for Jose A. Montes De Oca Morfin.
I have been customer if bank for 3 years but only for direct deposit but as soon as I lost my debit card I had to go in to get a replacement. I was told by a friend that works there that they give immediate atm replacement cards. I signed up to speak to banker to get card and got called up to talk to Maria Reyes 20 year employee who took info and proceeded to tell me that the bank absolutely does NOT give immediate replacement cards and I must order new debit card. I questioned that and she told me that I was wrong and they haven’t given cards out for long time so I left upset. I went home and called the bank and they told me that YES they do give out immediate cards and to come back. I went back in and was told by another teller that they don’t do that again and I said I was just told otherwise by the lady on phone. Maria finally realized I was back and called me rudely over to her and gave no explanation and just threw me my replacement card. I asked why she told me they didn’t do it and was given no explanation. I do not understand how two people I talked to told me they do not do that when one of them is a banker with 20 years experience! I feel I was being lied to or given run around by how I was treated and Maria is INCREDIBLY rude and shouldn’t be dealing with peoples banking if she doesn’t even know how to help someone or even be hospitable. I have never experienced such rudeness for absolutely no reason and wonder who actually knows what’s going on there. It’s crazy to think they are handling people’s money
Save yourself a headache and don't visit this branch. Go to the Joliet Branch near Menards they are much more professional and customer oriented. They took care of my Business Checking account in 10 minutes when I was told it would take an hour at the Crest Hill Branch after they cancelled my appointment because they didn't have time..
Horrible customer service. Called branch office after having visited. Asked a very specific question, banker was rude in her response. Asked to speak to a manager and banker had an attitude. Upon speaking to manager asked the same question, she gave me alternatives that were not given to me inside the branch office. When I asked why tellers were unaware of these options, or didn't know to offer alternatives I was told that all the tellers were senior tellers and knew of policies. Obviously that's not the case. I also had to call seven times before someone picked up the phone. I won't be utilizing this branch ever again! Poor customer service.
Horrible bank, someone is withdrawing money from my account. Same teller Karel, have been to the bank more than once and nobody has done anything to investigate this issue. Horrible customer service. Maria and the manager had terrible attitudes. Hope my issue can be fixed. Would not recommend.
Listen, fix your dang atm machines. They’re always broken. It’s 2022, this shouldn’t be an issue. All the money chase has, and the customers can’t get an atm machine that’s in working condition. Nonsense.
Never really had any problems with chase been with them for 10 years but man customer service over 800 number is terrible every time it's someone that can barely speak English or is Extremely rude. Maby if they quit trying to read the next line on the script and listen to the customers they could solve half the problems they run into. . .
