Long standing property management customer with this particular branch and everything is always fine ONLY when one “manager” short, stubby with brown twists is taking care of me she doesn’t go by procedures with my checks. Doesn’t call to verify or even try but if I come back to anyone else there is no issue so I think you might need to re train her or remove her completely.
Great customer service and the tellers are very friendly and greet you warm and welcoming! Had to set up an appointment to set up an account for my kiddo which I walked in and teller set me an appointment. She was so nice and her customer service went above and beyond because she tried to get me an appointment the next day but they were booked! But she still got me in faster than I expected! Thank you! We had an appointment with Branch Manager Robert and his service were exceeded above and beyond expectations! First and foremost I received a curtesy call from him upon my appointment which was awesome and I admit I was still late and he was very understanding and not reschedule me!! lol Robert was very thorough and knows them cards and accounts!! EVERY question I asked he answered and went above and beyond to help my child start saving! This type of customer service you don’t get too often, so if you are looking for secure, very informative, reliable services with a great attitude, this is the branch to go to! I left with very helpful information and multiple options to refer to in the future! Will be back for the business account! Thank you Robert I really appreciate all of your help today! Sometimes we get skeptical about banks but I never felt more confident and comfortable to bank! I definitely recommend this location 10/10!
Great customer service. The best part for me is that, different from the location on glenwood THAT CLOSES AT 4:50 this location is open until 5.thank you so much
The ladies who helped me originally were very sweet today, however the Branch Manager, Alex is extremely RUDE! She refused to help me and after I continuously told her how the customer service number told me that I could go to get MY money- she kept making up excuses as to why I couldn’t take it out. She failed to understand what I was saying and when asked if she could talk to someone above her who cleared me personally, she said she wasn’t going to call. I hope that someone above her has a serious conversation with her because she is an entitled brat who refused to give me good service and release my money even with proper identification and talking to the 1-800 number.
Erica is literally the best Agent I have ever come across. For the past month I have been dealing with account issues. Let's just say Erica cleared that mess up. I'm everyone she was professional and acted with a sense of urgency really made me feel like I was valued customer. While everyone at this location is great I am truly thankful I got to work with Erica.
worst experience i’ve had with a bank ever. Manager, Alex Vasquez, was EXTREMELY RUDE. Entire bank lacks professionalism. Refused to give me my money when the rep over the phone kept saying it was fine. She is FILLED w Excuses
Horrible customer service. Employees at desk were talking with other employees and they told me I needed an appointment to have something signed. I called before arriving and no one answered the phones and it could have saved me the trip.
Ironic the same thing happened to me as a previous person. I spoke with 4 reps of Chase bank over the phone and all said there would be zero problem if I entered the branch. Not true, the manager A. Vasquez Vice President disputed what 4 other separate reps said. She said they were wrong I will send them an email.... so yes it’s true.
The absolutely the best bank I ever been with. Just great.
They don't answer the phone, but they only schedule business banking by appointment. I had to drive there just to schedule an appointment, and if course there was none available for the day. customer service at Chase is going down with automation.
